Changbin was nervously biting his lip watching his mom and Dr. Chan talk to each other. His mom was thrilled that he was finally developing after all these years but there were complications. They both sat on the couch conversing with each other, while Changbin sat across from them and wearily watched them. The front door opened and everyone turned to look.

"Hyunjin, you're back! Look who came to visit us."

Hyunjin walked in being greeted by everyone, his eyes widened not expecting everyone there. He walked over, extending his hand out to Chan, "Hello I am Hyunjin, Changbin's younger brother."

Chan walked over and shook his hand back, "Hello I am Dr. Chan. We've met before, but it's been years. I've been working with Changbin." He has such a strong Alpha presence now, Chan thought.

"I didn't realize doctors did house calls," Hyunjin said, sitting down next to his mom, glaring at Chan.

"Well I have been working with your brother for a long time now and he's finally developing as an omega. It's nice to see you again though." Chan said, watching Hyunjin. He had moved to sit next to Changbin now. Chan was intrigued by Hyunjin and watched him closely.

Hyunjin turned to Changbin, "you've developed? Why didn't you come home? Mom could've helped yet."

Changbin scoffed, "I am not a child Hyunjin. I can take care of myself. Don't forget I am older than you."

Hyunjin was about to say something back, but their mom interrupted them.

"Boys, we have a guest over. Can you please not fight?"

"Sorry mom," both boys mumbled.

"You're moving home, we don't need you going into heat and being vulnerable and someone taken advantage of you," Hyunjin started.

Changbin started mumbling to Chan beside him, "See this is why I didn't want to tell them."

"You know that they needed to know. Your brother has quite the temper."

"I know they are coming from a good place, but it took me way to long to get out of this house."

"Hey! Are you listening? You need to be responsible now. What happens if you go in heat?"

Changbin doesn't know what to say, but his face was growing more red the longer his brother talked.

"Wait! Don't tell me. You've already gone into heat? Have you been sleeping around? How many people have you slept with? Mom tell him how dangerous that is. You can't just sleep with every alpha that comes on to you."

"I am not! It's not like that." Changbin exploded back at Hyunjin.

"Boys please. Let's stop yelling for one. Hyunjin let your brother explain things before you jump to conclusions."

Everyone turned to Changbin. He gulped nervously, he wasn't sure what to say.

"I..." Changbin took a deep breath starting again. "I am not sleeping around. Yes I got my heat a few times."

"A few times! What do you mean a few times? It's only supposed to happen once a month if that, even I know that," Hyunjin said, sitting back up ready to explode again.

"Let's calm down. These were the complications I was talking to your mom earlier before you came in. Because Changbin has developed so late in life his heats are abnormal as well." Dr. Chan said, trying to calm the situation. "We are monitoring them and keeping them at bay for now through inhibitors."

Changbin nodded at Chan, thanking him for stepping in and trying to explain things.

"Like I was saying. I've only slept with one person. And he's treated me very kindly. We...we are even dating. So you don't need to worry."

Chan glanced over at Changbin, his eyes widening slightly. Considering the conversation he heard on the way over here he knew Changbin was lying, but he was amused and decided to help the younger out.

"Yes, I have met him and he seems like a reasonable young man."

"That's good to hear then! I am excited to meet him," his mother exclaimed.

"M-meet him?"

"Mom. He's obviously lying so he doesn't have to move back home."

"Shush Hyunjin. Let your brother talk."

"I've liked them even before I developed. They have been waiting for me and helping me through my heats and just overall a really good person. They didn't take advantage of me or anything like that. I wish you both would just trust my decision and know that I am doing what's best for me."

Changbin held his breath, praying his mom would believe him. I really hope this works, Changbin thought.

"Of course we trust your decision. We just want what's best for you Changbin. You've grown up so much since the last time you were here."

"Thanks mom. I appreciate the support."

"Of course honey, but I would still like to meet him."

Changbin sighed. There was no way he was getting out of this. I hope I can convince Seungmin to do this for me, Changbin thought. He internal groaned, knowing it was going to be hard to talk to the younger. Considering he just hung up on him earlier.

"Okay. Let me talk to him and we can plan dinner together."

"Well on that note I think I need to be heading out. I have a few things  I need to get done before tomorrow."

"Thank you Dr. Chan for coming out and supporting Changbin. I will make sure he keeps on his inhibitors and help him track his heats. He has another appointment with you already?"

"Yes, I should be seeing him next week." Dr. Chan turned to Changbin, "But if you need me sooner you know you can always reach out." Changbin nodded.

"Let me walk you out doctor," Hyunjin said.

The two walked toward the door. While Changbin and his mom stayed on the couches. His mom was fondling all over him. Excited that her son was finally developing.

"I appreciate you coming all the way out here. But should an alpha really be seeing an omega patient?" Hyunjin asked Chan as soon as they stepped outside.

"Hmm I don't like what you're implying here, but if you must know. I have no interest in omegas." Chan said, walking closer to Hyunjin. He leaned in and whispered. "I am much more interested in other alphas." He leaned back grinning, seeing the shocked look on Hyunjin's face.

"I..."

"Well, it was nice to meet you Hyunjin. I hope to see you soon."
