Seungmin finally went back to work after being suspended for a couple of days because of the fight. He was worried about going back and leaving Changbin, but they couldn't afford to both be out of work. He would rather go back himself than have the older go back right now.

The boss made Seungmin and the new guy apologize to each other. Seungmin was unwilling at first, but he knew if he wanted to keep his job he had too. The other guy apologized profusely and said it had never happened to him before. He reluctantly accepted the apology but made it clear the guy also owed Changbin one too.

Seungmin mindlessly went through the day, waiting for the day to end so he could go home to Changbin. Work just wasn't the same without the older there and he already missed Changbin.

"Yo Seungmin," one of the other guys called his name. He looked up, getting out of his daze.

"Hmm?"

"Some of the other guys and I are going out to that new BBQ place after work. You wanna come?"

That does sound nice, but I don't want to leave Changbin, he thought. "Maybe another time."

"You never hang out with us anymore," another guy complained.

"Next time I promise. I just need to be home after work."

"Yeah yeah. Next time then."

Seungmin went back to work, deciding to call the older on their lunch break. He grabbed his lunch and decided to eat on the picnic tables outside so he could have more privacy on the phone. He called Changbin, and waited for the older to answer.

"Hello?"

"Hey! I was just calling to check up on you," Seungmin said. He couldn't help but smile hearing the older's voice. "Are you doing okay?"

"Yeah. I'm in my apartment right now."

"Your apartment?" Seungmin asked, feeling nervous. "Umm what are you doing there?"

"I needed to grab some things and plus I haven't been back here in awhile," Changbin said as he grabbed a bag to put some clothes in. "Hey I was thinking...since I'm staying with you...maybe I can get rid of the place? It's not like I'm working right now to afford it."

"You want to move in permanently?" Seungmin asked, surprised.

Changbin paused, why does he seem so surprised? We are dating now. Is that not the next move? He thought. "Y-yeah? Did you not want to? I can move my back here if you'd rather that."

"Wait no no. I want you to live with me. I just didn't expect you to want to stay with me permanently."

"Why not?"

"I-I don't know. I just didn't think you would."

Changbin paused, "are you worried we will break up?"

Seungmin thought about what the older said. Am I worried about that? He asked himself. "Not necessarily," he finally answered.

Changbin sat down on the floor, feeling a bit of dread in the pit of his stomach. I never realized he was worried about that. The thought never crossed my mind since he asked me to be together, he thought. "Umm you know your my first relationship, so this is all new to me. B-but I don't ever want to be with anyone else."

Seungmin's heart started racing hearing the older say that. I never knew he felt that way, he thought. "I don't want to be with anyone else either."

"Okay good. So should I break my lease on this apartment?"

Seungmin grinned, feeling lighter. "Yes I would love it if you lived with me permanently."

Changbin smiled to himself, feeling giddy. "Okay. I will talk to the leasing office and we can get it figured out."

"Sounds good. We can move your things out once you talk to them. Do you have any other plans for today?"

"I was going to go see Dr. Chan after I drop off my things at home."

"Are you okay? You didn't mention that anything was wrong," Seungmin said, worried again.

"Everything is fine. Don't worry. It's just been a few weeks since I've seen him and he likes to check in with me every so often. I'll let you know how it goes."

"What time are you supposed to be there?"

"Umm I think four?"

"That's perfect. I will see if I can leave early and meet you there."

"Y-you don't have to do that."

"Hyung, I want to be there if that's okay with you. If there's more that I can do to help you, I want to know."

He cares so much for me, Changbin thought. "Yeah, I would like that a lot."

"Great. I will talk to the boss after lunch is over and let you know. Can you text me the address and I'll be there."

"Okay, sounds good. I can't wait to see you," Changbin said shyly. His cheeks burning from his confession.

"Sounds good. I'll talk to you later. I love you," Seungmin replied without thinking. Wait. Did I just tell him I loved him? He asked himself, panicking. "Umm Bye," he blurted before the older could answer him.

Changbin sat there shocked, staring at his phone. He was still trying to wrap his head around what the younger had said before hanging up. Did he just tell me he loves me? He thought. His cheeks burned even more, and his heart started beating faster thinking of the younger. Wait, do I love him?
