I was walking out of my college dorm to go and get food when I got a text from my friend Chan. We had met at an event a year ago and we kept in touch. To be honest I think I like him but I wouldn't tell him that, for the sake of our friendship. I open the text and we start to talk.

I turn off my phone and walk to the elevator. I press the button and wait, once it came, I stepped inside and pressed the button to go to the first floor and wait. I get down to the first floor and walk out to the cafe. I make it there in a few minutes and see Chan sitting on the second floor of it. I walk in and up and chan waves me over. I go over and sit across from him. We talk about what has been going on in our lives. "Jesus Jin you always do the wildest things. Makes me wonder how you are not dead yet..." he said with a sly grin. "Well, you only live once so might as well make the most out of it." I say with confidence.

Chan then looked up at me and I could see him turning red. "Hey, man are you sick? You're turning red." I said as I reach over the table to feel his forehead. "No no. That's not it. I just...uhm..." he began to stutter and stubble over his words. "You just...what?" I ask. 'Why is he so nervous?' I think. He sighs and takes my hand and holds it tight. "Hyunjin, the truth is...I have liked you since we met at the event and I wanted to ask...will you be my boyfriend?..." he asked while staring into my eyes. I blushed madly and chuckled. "I thought I was the only one in love but I guess not." I said with a smirk. "So...is that a yes?" he asked in shock. "Yes, yes you idiot, I will date you." I said with a smile.

He smiled and as we both stood up, he pulled me into a kiss and I kissed back. He pulled away and we hugged. We left and said our goodbyes. I walked back to my dorm and flopped on my bed. Felix, who was my roommate looked at me confused. "What happened?" he asked. "We're together!!" I say into my pillow. "HOLY SHIT MAN! CONGRATS!!" he said as he jumped on my back, giving me a hug. "I know for a fact that we are going to be perfect together." I say as I sit up and hug him back. "Yup! But if anything happens, tell me and I'll get changbin to handle him. Ok?" he said. "Yeah yeah ok."

It had been a year since Chan and I had started dating and honestly, I wish I knew who he really was at the time, otherwise, I wouldn't have dated him. He is so obsessed with me, I get no freedom. Whenever I wanted to go out with my friends, he would get mad and assume I was cheating on him when I wasn't. He forced me to cut off all my friends to "prove I loved him" and I didn't want to lose him. But that's only the tip of the ice burg, it gets worse.
