Lies

(Draco's POV)

I walked out of the room and didn't know what to do, all I could think of was how crushed Y/N was going to be. I decided I couldn't tell her yet so I walked back to the Great Hall.

When I entered, there were barely any people left, but I noticed Blaise, Crabbe, and Miles were still sitting at the Slytherin table so I went to go join them.

"Hey, Draco." Miles said, but I didn't answer, I wasn't listening to him. I just sat down next to him without saying a thing.

"Are you okay?" He asked, looking over at me again.

"No." Was all I could respond with.

"What happened?" Blaise asked, cutting off his own conversation with Crabbe.

"Pearson."

"Y/N's boyfriend?" Miles questioned, "Don't tell me you guys got in another fight-"

"He cheated on Y/N." I responded, lowly. I couldn't believe the words that came out of my mouth. The fact that Thomas was lucky enough to even be dating Y/N and he ruins it all by cheating on her.

"Oh, shit." They both said in unison.

"He said that if I told her, then he'd tell her I have feelings for her." I muttered, staring at the plate of food I was going to bring her.

"Wait, do you have feelings for her?" Miles asked.

"Do I have feelings for her? I don't know," I exclaimed, "Well, yeah, I think about her often. Plus, I love being around her. I mean, she has this beautiful face, sometimes I can't stop staring at her. And her hair...she has the smoothest hair I'v-"

"Damn, you're in love with her." Blaise laughed.

"What? I'm not in love with her." I denied, getting up from the table.

"You do have feelings for her, that's for sure." Miles chimed, as I started walking away.

I made it out of the Great Hall, when Amelia and Leo entered.

"Amelia, can I talk to you?" I stopped her.

"Um, yeah, sure." She said, leaving Leo and walking out to the hall with me.

"Listen, I need to tell you something. But, you can't tell Y/N. You have to promise." I warned her.

"I don't know, it depends on what it is." She replied, giving me a weird look.

"Thomas cheated on her." I muttered.

"What!" She yelled, as I covered her mouth.

"I know, but you can't tell her." I urged, shaking my head.

"And why not?" She questioned, furrowing her eyebrows.

"Thomas threatened to tell her that I have feelings for her." I said.

"Well, what are you gonna do? She has to know."

"I don't know...Wait, why aren't you surprised that I have feelings for her?"

"Oh, it's so obvious. I'm surprised she doesn't know." Amelia exaggerated.

"Really? Anyways, what should I do?" I pleaded, hoping she would help me.

"Do you want her to know that you like her?" Amelia looked at me, "Just think about it before you tell her. But, if you don't tell her then I will because this is big news."

"What is?" Y/N asked from behind us.

"Um.." Amelia shook her head trying to think of an excuse, "Draco likes someone!"
