"Thing gave me your note

"Thing gave me your note." Tyler's voice disturbs the silence of the forest as Wednesday steps into his view. "I was surprised you wanted to see me again after you ran out the other night. So, uh, is this a date?

"It's a surprise." Wednesday's monotonous reply offers no warmth in the frosty atmosphere. Tyler lets out a wry chuckle and slowly stalks closer to the girl. He leans down to her face, aiming for a kiss which she swiftly swerves. "When I came to Nevermore, romance was the last thing on my mind. But when you kissed me, you opened my eyes and suddenly it all made sense." Tyler scoffs in slight confusion as Wednesday continues her rant. "Xavier warned me about you, but I didn't listen."

"Ironic now, huh?" Tyler mumbles, his arms crossed over his chest to keep in his warmth.

"Ironic would've been framing Xavier for murder while the real Hyde helped me put him away." Wednesday states with no humour detected in her tone.

Tyler blinks in bewilderment. "Wait... you don't think-"

"I don't think. I know." Wednesday interrupts sharply. "Kinbott probably discovered your secret during one of your sessions. So she unlocked you. Why'd you kill her? I thought Hydes were typically loyal to their masters."

"Wednesday, seriously, this is nuts!"

"On Outreach Day, I told you I was visiting the old meeting house. Did Kinbott send you to spy on me?" Tyler just stared in disbelief at Wednesday's accusations. "The night at the Rave'N you overheard Eugene and me discussing your cave in the woods and you warned Kinbott. Eugene probably saw her torching it. Then she sent you to clean up her mess. I have to hand it to you, Tyler. Wounding yourself that night at the Gates mansion, that was a masterstroke of misdirection."

Tyler had heard enough of Wednesday's claims. "Okay, stop. Do you know how insane you sound right now? I'm not a monster. A-and if you really thought that I was, why would you risk bringing me out to the woods to confront me alone?"

"Who said she was alone?" A new voice joins the conversation as Tyler turns to see Persephone standing behind him defiantly with her arms crossed. The rest of their assembled group files out behind her with Hades leading them. Bianca, Yoko, Kent, Divina and Ajax rally together in a circle around Tyler as Hades stands protectively next to his girl.

"Okay, I don't know what kind of sick joke you're playing, Wednesday but I'm out of here." Tyler states, freaked out by the collection of outcasts surrounding him and beginning to stride away.

"I don't think so." Persephone mumbles to herself, tilting her head to the side as she throws her right hand out. Vines shoot from the earth to wrap around Tyler's feet, similar to the way she halted the Hyde in the Gates mansion.

"Actually..." He is further intercepted by Bianca who is quick to step in front of the boy before using her Siren Song. "... you're coming with us."
