The next day I was with walking with Maya and chàpa and she was complaining her head off about how boring it was,untill a wooden deer appeared holding a bowl filled with apples and Maya ran over to it over joyed "gracias" she said and started munching on an apple "perhaps an apple a day will keep the healers away" a voice said and then from the bushes came a very short old women with long white hair braided into dear antlers, she was surrounded by butterfly's as she turned around with an odd smile and laughed "wait I've seen you before, wait are you a forest spirit?" Maya asked and the old women starts shuffling to the wooden deer "a forest deer nothing to fear" she said petting the deer "not the deer, who are you?" Maya asked "we are the spring, and we are the fall, we are everything and nothing at all" she said in Mayas face "what?" "We are apooch,apooch,apooch,apooch" she said as one more butterfly flew away from who nows were and looked back up at Maya "a what?" "apooch is our name,and this is all our game" she started appearing and repearing out of nowhere and smiled up at the sky while chiàpa played with her hair "ah,our dear chiapa courageous like your papa" she said and offered him an apple and he took the opportunity while I just looked at them with an confused look on my face but I was still covered in my cloak so thankfully they couldn't read my expression "oh my dear brighteye's,why do you have to be a sight for sore eyes?" The odd old woman asked as she appeared and disapeared on my back "what are you even talking about?" I asked and made sure to disguise my voice "your wild eyes are covered in such white lies you know you can use those bright eyes" she said and it sounded bogus "what do you mean white lie-" "anyway apooch could you guide is to Luna island,please" Maya said gathering apples and apooch had this strange look I couldn't read and it scared off the forest deer and the sky started to become dark and I held my weapons getting ready to attack "the enemy approaches little eagle and former princess, you two must fulfill the true prophecy,follow the clouds,follow the clouds, follow the clouds, follow the clouds" she said and got cross eyes in all her wierd ness "you know about the true prophecy? Wait. why didn't that rhyme? Follow what clouds?" "And I'm not a princess!" I hissed and then we heard very loud laughter and mocking from the distance echoing around the density of the forest "oh princessa Maya,come out to play~ Ha Ha Ha" the voice trailed off and I looked around but couldn't pin point were it was coming from and pulled out my weapons "what? I know that laugh,apooch? Ah great just great, hay whoever you are too chicken to fight us two-on-one" Maya said and started doing a chicken impression and I facepalm and shook my head at her stupidity then I saw the same figures from the night before oh this should be good I thought and noticed that they didn't realize I was there so I climbed up the tree and slowly snuck up on them but decided to wait until it was necessary for me to step in and I ended up getting distracted by a few thoughts that were running around in my head and it felt like a few seconds had passed but in reality it was only 2 minutes. I snapped out of it and saw that Maya was on her knees holding her arm and the snarky cocky girl covered in magentas and purples was about to kill her and without thinking I climbed down and ran in and fought with the goddess and she wasn't much of a challenge as I suspected I clashed my weapons together and whistled and that seemed to get her attention really quick because her smile turned into a face of horror and realization "get away from me you demonio ocuro" she spat and threw all of her weapons at me but failed and they all missed. I hissed and clashed my weapons together with every step I took and whispered "what's the matter? Life flashing before your eyes?" I looked at her with the most intimidating look a could give and it seemed to make her scared-er than she already was "what are you??" She stumbled back and looked at me with pleading eyes "I'm your worst nightmare" I said and put my dagger-like syth to her throat "if I catch you hurting Maya again I will hunt you,I will find you,and I will kill you with no hesitation,got it?" She nodded and I put my Dagur back in it's pocket and retrieved Maya and we left.
