We all stood there glaring at lord mictlan's temple with a strong determination to defeat the god of war and save the world from his wrath,I glanced back at the others as they did the same still not sure if they should follow up with the plan "all right remember the plan?" I asked and they nodded "mama I'm gonna need you to stay here" I said and she was absolutely shocked at my statement, usually she's the one who gave the orders around the island but now in this situation the tables have to turn "but hija,I could help-" "she's right,I can't risk loosing you again" papa said passionately putting his hand on her cheek "I just won't forgive myself if anything bad happened to you" he said looking down "alright but if you don't make it out alive I swear I won't be showing them mercy" she spat before giving him a quick kiss on his cheek and  running off leaving papa a red mess "how come I can't get used to this?" I asked turning to my moon boy of a brother "I don't know probably because your not used to seeing love before" he said as his gaze darkened and looked over to Maya who was looking at him before looking away.
We all made our way to the throne room with the gods behind us trying to make everything look believable with my claws behind my back and my tail hidden under my cloak with my head bowed down trying to prepare myself for the many glares I will receive from the other gods and just imagining thier red eyes at me sending goosebumps down my spine I was snapped out of my thoughts when Zatz kicked down the down glaring at the overlord menacingly as we all walked in hearing the murmurs around us but most of them were about me ripping off thier limbs I hissed at the skeleton twins making them yelp and jump into each other's arms,man being a predeter of gods is nice-sort of I thought and soon we were Infront of the overlord himself and the shocked look on his face was, how can I say this? Let's just say priceless his eyes turned to me tilting his head down looming over the table "bravo Zatz,you've finally brought me that half breed,and the reaper oh this is just priceless" a stone sacrificing table slowly emerged from the floor as he madly laughed "and look how short he is!" He said before laughing his self off I snarled under my breath at his constant yammering about how short I was I'm not even that short! I thought,the room suddenly fell quiet the the overlords eyes fell to the gods behind us "and I see you all are still alive,how amusing and here I thought you all were dead" he said resting his head on his hand as he peered over to papa "oh general camazotz,I'm suprised you even survived this living death trap" he said pointing down at me "now the half breed" he commanded "no,if anyone is going to die here it's going to be you" I spat glaring at him with a harsh cold glare,he raised an eyebrow at me before Zatz spoke up "I have joined mayas quest you monster" he spat wielding his newly upgraded sword to him,he laughed at his phrase "oh no,you brought the power of friendship,what are you gonna do poke me with that stick you call a weapon" he madly laughed before turning back to me "you just seem to be this all mighty killer who calls himself death,but know this,your just another mortal in a cloak" he spat then looked back down at Maya and the others if he's trying tricks I can do that to i thought "and just to show just how pathetic you all are,I'll start off with the reaper" he said sending red glowing snakes my way but before they could touch me I already sliced them in half,they hissed in pain as they disapeared into nothing.every god in the room gasped and so did lord mictlan "you know, when your on the verge of death you see light others see fire and red,but right know you looking at a being of death" I said in the lowest voice I could make it echoing around the room "your no reaper,your-" "-death,and I don't mean it metaphorically,or poeticly,or thearaticlly,or any other fancy way,I'm death straight up" I said walking closer towards the now nervous looking overlord.
