"short!?" or no?

We were heading out of the forest and I was still a little anxious about what happened yesterday so I just decided to stay quiet just in case, my hood over my head, and my blades sharpened and prepared for battle.it was odd that most of them stayed behind me quietly chatting and mumbling about something,I shook my head and looked ahead and saw that we were almost at the end of the forest seeing the end covered in leaves and vines hanging from tree to tree the suns light hitting my figure as I walked ahead.
Zatz POV
I was walking beside pàpà talking about Sagadore "I don't know,he's acting more,somber,I think this is because of what happened yesterday" pàpà said looking at me "possibly but I don't think that's the case,he barely talks and has this dark facade 2047" I said looking back at him with a hand on my chin puzzled by sagadores behavior but hay it's hard to tell since we can't read his expressions since it's covered by his dumb hood "I agree but you do remember hearing a strong vibration of some sort right? What if it's from him" vacub said walking up to my other side "that's sounds ridiculous,even if it's from him that would prove me another point" Cabricon said pointing at himself looking down at us,I looked back at the dark figure walking ahead of us his head down and his blades shining in the small patches of light "I'm gonna talk to him" I said before jogging up to him.
Brighteyes POV
I looked back as Zatz jogged up beside me on my left "hay, Sagadore,are you ok? You've been acting more quiet than normal" he said looking at me,I looked at him in a side eye and quietly grumbled in my throat before I responded "how? You've only known me for 1 day.so how can you tell if I'm acting normal or not?" I asked, he went silent and looked down at the ground and then looked back up at me "why are you so short?" He asked, I was shocked at his question and felt outraged why would he ask a question like that?! My head shouted in anger,I said, very casually "what?" "as far as I've noticed your the shortest one here,even my pàpà is taller than you" I said pointing at the others behind him "and in my opinion your pretty short for a guy" he said in a smile looking down at me am I really that short?! I asked myself he chuckled and started full on laughing his butt off about how short I was,I was only 5'4 he was probably 5'6 or taller,I grumbled and growled in my throat and crossed my arms glaring at him as he continued to laugh at me.then the rest of the gods caught up and questioned what was going on "just that sagadore's the shortest person here" Zatz sighed and wiped away a fake tear "ha ha very funny Mr oscuridad" I said sarcastically and stomped off glaring intensely at the end of the forest my eyes burning with anger and annoyance as I stormed off.we then reached the end of the forest and met with a Sandy beach with the last remains of my mamas old ship "all right can any of you swim?" I asked turning to them "um I can fly but I'm not sure about the others" Zatz said looking back at them as they emerged from the forest "all right then,let's improvise" I said and grabbed a big, thick but strong piece of wood that I calculate that might be strong enough to hold everyone's weight with a few minor improvements.I tied a rope to end to the wood,I then ran into a nearby grove and found a long piece of black cloth with a pair of red eyes on the back must have been part of mamas old ship before she carved a real one I thought and ran back to the 'about to be ship' I tied a long but strong tick to the front and latched the cloth in a triangular direction making it seem like a sail."all right everyone hop aboard" I said "so you think that can hold all of us?" Vacub asked "would you rather swim or fly-" "I prefer fly thank you" he lifted up into the sky his golden wings shining "alright,now Capactli I'm gonna need you to help me swim there" I said tying the rope around my tail "I can't swim!" "Yes you can,your the goddess of alligators remember" I spat and and dragged the 'ship' into the water "fine but this is only one time" she said and shifted into her gator form,I tied another rope to the end of her tail and we both waited as the others hopped aboard "ok just follow my lead" I said and zoomed off swimming up and down with the oceans currents and Capactli quickly followed my actions "how,are you,so,good,at,this?" She asked saying each word as she dived back down "practice" I said quickly before diving back down with her the strong water hitting my face and fur and I could tell Capactli was getting used to the strong splash of water continuisly hitting her scales making her wince.
Timeskip~
We soon arrived back to my island that was called la bestia muerta but we just call it beastiary for short.as we reached the shore as me and Capactli gasped our limbs aching after several more or less hours of swimming the sand covering my cloak as I walked up on shore,the sand clinging to my figure, Capactli faceplanted on the Sandy beach as she shifted back to her normal form, everyone got off and admired the sight in front of them the green scenery seeming stunning to them.
