Completely The Same

Yay an update! Okay so I don't know how much longer this story will be I wanna start a new fanfic with a different band and that is probably gonna take a lot of my time up, but that I don't know cause I have so much fun writing with the beautiful guys from All Time Low. I'll have to make my mind up, but for now enjoy!

Alex looked at the sleeping boy next to him with a soft smile on his face. He still could not believe what had happened the other day, Jack Barakat his best friend had came to him and kissed him, well it was more of a makeout than a kiss but he wasn't complaining. He slowly moved one of his arms placing it around the bigger boy taking his free hand he started to run his fingers threw Jack's hair, Alex couldn't help but smile at the greasiness of it knowing that Jack haden't washed it for a few days now. Yesterdays events kept replaying in his mind as he closed his eyes, that kiss was something he would never want to forget. The way Jack's mouth tasted like a Rockstar energy drink mixed with Doritos was oddly delicious, never in his life has he ever had such an amazing taste in his mouth, he wanted more.

Questions were still filling his mind even now as Jack snuggled more into him, what did that kiss make them? Awkward friends or dare Alex say boyfriends? A shutter of delight ran through his body at those words, boyfriend was something that he wanted to be called by his long time friend. Jack obviously wanted something from him right? After all he was the one kissing him last night. Alex let out a sigh as he watched Jack peacefully sleep not caring about anything for that moment Alex brought his head down so his lips could touch that soft skin on Jack's cheek. Jack responded to the short contact by letting out a small whimper causing Alex to smile even more.

"Do you like that?" He whispered in a soft voice not wanting to wake him.

Jack let out an awkward sleeping sound as his lip twitched causing Alex to let out a small laugh, "Is that a yes?" He asked moving so he could play with his hair once again.

This time it was Jack's eyes that twitched before they opened showing Alex his beautifuly brown eyes. He started up at him for a minute before his face went bright red, he quickly got up from his sleeping position. "Alex." He said breathlessly looking away from him.

"Jack.." He said awkwardly, "I think we need to have a talk." He said keeping his eyes on the side of the other boys face.

"Yeah we do but um can we do it but anywhere but the bed? It's a little cramped in here." Jack asked not wanting to be close to Alex like he was, Jack wanted to kiss him again he could almost feel the softness of Alex's lips on his.

"Um sure, the dinning room? It's still pretty early I'm sure no one is up yet." Alex said moving his legs out from underneath Jack, who only started to blush even more.

Both boys made their way silently into the dinning room taking a seat across from each other, neither of them said a word as they looked out of the window. Alex didn't know what he could say, last night had been amazing for him but Jack's feelings were still unclear. Alex had gotten everything he wanted last night, Jack found out his most dark secret and got the kiss of his dreams. Jack however was just so very confused, he had let Cassadee get to him. He should of never kissed Alex, never should of went to see him, he still didn't know what he was going to do, he had Scarlet to think about not some feelings over a guy.

"Jack.." Alex said looking over at him with a guitly expression, "I'm sorry.." He added placing his hands onto the table.

"Sorry? For what?" Jack questioned raising an eyebrow not knowing what Alex was apologizing for.

"I'm sorry for having feelings for you I guess.." He said in a shaky voice, "This thing between us now could of been avioded if I was just normal." He continuted feeling wetness in his eyes.

Jack looked over at him with an almost angry expression. "Alex you are normal! This thing between us is my fault I should of never kissed you like that.. I just wanted to know for myself if that was something I would be interested in, I have never really thought of a man like that." Jack said being brave and taking Alex's hand in his own.

"And what did you find out?" He asked looking down at their interwinded hands.

Jack was silent for a few seconds before answering, "I liked the kiss, I liked it a lot." He said rubbing the soft part of the other boys hand with his thump. "But I don't know of that would be a good course for my life." He added feeling sadness at his own words.

"Oh." Alex said looking away from their hands and out the window.

"Not saying that I wouldn't if I could but I love Scarlet." Jack said feeling even more guilty.

At his words Alex took his hands away, "Than that's it you go be with Scarlet and I'll go out an find someone else, we can still be friends but I don't think we can be as close as we once were, we are bandmates and nothing more then that." He said standing up not meeting Jack's eyes.

"Alex wait, I don't want that, I want my best friend in my life not just some bandmate you picked up over the years. You have been a huge part of my life and I don't want that to go away. I love you Alex I know I do." Jack pleaded trying to take his hand back in Alex's.

Alex moved it away before Jack could touch it, " I don't think I can pretend that none of this happened! Mine and your love is completely different Jack, do you think I want this close friendship to go away? Of course I don't! You were like my only friend in highschool and in the real life I don't want this leave. This is why I didn't want to tell you my feelings, I knew this was going to happen." Alex yelled trying his best to not get to loud.

Jack stood up so he could look at Alex's face. "Than don't let it." He whispered staring at nothing but the other boys eyes.

"You don't get it." Alex said taking a step away but Jack caught his arm and pulled him back smashing his lips back against his.

Alex stood there shocked, why was he kissing him right after he told him he didn't want this? He tried his best to be strong and not kiss him back but the damn taste of Rockstar and Doritos entered his mouth almost instantly causing a low moan to build up. He lost the fight as he felt his lips following Jack's slow movements. Unlike the other heated kiss this one was slow and passionate almost proving to Alex that Jack had lied he had to of wanted this or else he wouldn't be wrapped around him.

"Our love isn't completely different, It's completely the same Alex, I love you as much as you love me." Jack whispered as he pulled away lips still barely touching.

"What about Scarlet?" Alex whispered back.

"We'll figure that out later." Jack said placing his lips back onto Alex's.

Sorry if this sucks I kept getting yelled at by the dad becasue he's a dick who doesn't know that when I'm writing I can't just get up and do something else. Grr.
