My reflection surprised me, the girl staring back at me looks different. She's not picking herself apart, she's proud and happy. She's in her cap and gown ready to walk the stage and leave Hawkins High for the last time. Today's the last day of school and with Graduation only a few days away she couldn't be happier, or more sad.

I'm happy to be leaving High school and going to bigger and better things but I'm also sad to be leaving everything behind. My friends, my mom, Eddie.

"Last day, bug. You ready?" My moms pokes her head in my room with a bright smile.

"Yeah." I sigh from my spot at the mirror, I pull off my cap and gown to put back on the hanger. The fact that I'm not only harbouring this big secret from Eddie but my mom as well eats me alive. My phone ringing from my bedside table makes me jump, I walk over and snatch it off the hook. "Hello?"

"You going to school?" Robin's raspy voice sings through the school.

"Don't want to, but yeah. Why?" I hold the phone between my ear and shoulder walking back over to the mirror, stretching the cord as far as it will go.

"Everyone's ditching and going to Lover's Lake." She informs me. "So if you get bored you should come."

"Okay, you'll probably see me." I tell her.

"Kay, love you."

"Love you." I mutter, continuing to hold the phone even after she hangs up.

The doorbells ringing takes my attention away from the mirror, I hang up the phone and grab my bag, rushing to the door. Eddie's bright face comes into view when I pull the door open. "Hi, beautiful." He smiles.

"Hey." I blush.

"Ready?" He asks.

"As I'll ever be." I walk into his arms and kiss his lips. He hums against my lips and I feel the corners of him mouth perk up into a smile.

He pulls away and kisses my head, his hand rest on my lower back as we walk to the van. He helps me in before jogging to the driver side and getting in.

When we pull into the parking lot it looks like a graveyard. Most of the students have skipped. I look over at Eddie and smirk, watching his face do the same thing. We don't say anything as he leaves the parking lot. "Where to?" He steals a quick glance.

"Everyone's at Lover's Lake." I shrug.

"Perfect." He nods heading in that direction. I lay my head back and let Ozzy's voice drown me, my finger play with his rings on his fingers. He makes a quick turn pulling into the trailer park.

"What are you doing?" I ask.

"We're going to Lover's Lake." He furrows his eyebrows. "I need swimming trunks and you need a bathing suit, dingus." He scoffs in laugh.

"Oh." I giggle as he gets out of the van, jogging to his front door and going in. He leaves the trailer a few minutes later with swimsuits and towels in on hang and his tin lunch box in the other. "Now we're prepared." He laughs as he starts the van and back outs. "Here." He hands me my bathing suit. "I'm sure there somewhere we can stop so you-"

I cut him off my ripping off my shirt and crouching down to take off my bra. I loop the strings on the bikini over my head tying a knot behind my neck.

"Or you can do that." He clears his throat, stealing quick glances. When my top is secure I raise back up and unbutton my shorts pulling them and my panties down my legs.
