The world was quiet, the breeze whipping past my ears. I could see the heroes running down below us, looking, hunting. Lucifer was on a separate platform his wings covering him from their line of sight. I was posted on a ledge, my chains bled into my skin as I made my way over the large street.
"What if we find them? What are we going to do? His chains missing and his weapons are poof. Come on boss, what we going to do?" Recharge slurred, the alcohol showing as he stumbled, a beer empties in his hand as they patrolled.
"We kill them. And if I need to, I'll break his skull to make him my bitch again." Ethan growled back; the electricity flickered on the water puddles under him.
"Guess it's your lucky, fucking, day. I'm right here boys." I called out. My chains wrapped around the bar before I leaped off the post. I lowered to the ground, my axe's scrapping along the cement while my boots slammed into the floor. With a smirk my chains unleashed, and I began to slice at the air in front of me, knocking the heroes in the front.
"Markus, good to see you're still begging for the stronger man to own you." Deline mocked, her nightmare mist floating around her feet. She had pitch black hair, and almost looked like she could step out of an anime with how her costume was always fitted to her body.
"Glad to see your still letting men fuck you over without your own choices. Oh wait, I'm sorry you actually like it." I spat back; my eyes scrunched while I argued. My chains drew back, and I held the ends with my hands.
"You're one to talk, mister begging for it. We all know that he did not abuse you. You're just lying for attention." Recharge mocked, his hands charging up with light while I continued to spin my blades around my hands.
"Stand down boys, I'm being nice." I called; I could see the van with my assassin siblings parked in the dark. I could tell Lucifer would be flying in soon with all the claims thrown at me. I just needed to give a signal.
"Being nice? That's all you're good for. You were only nice to the villain, now he has control over you." Ethan laughed, the electrical whips slashing at the ground sparking up steam.
"What's wrong with being confident? In myself? In my powers? In my freedom?" I smiled; the chains went slack again while I started to aim my slashes at my ex.
"Confident indeed." Lucifer slid into the battle, his wings cutting into some of the heroes. His wings spiked up into titanium while he used his knee guards to skid along the floor. I could see his hair was tied up into a slick bun while he moved. The elegance of the movements was mesmerizing.
"Oh look, my replacement is here. Does he beat you the same? Love you the same and leave marks in the walls just like I did?" Ethan's venom drowned his words in insanity.
"No, in fact he loves me with care, and the only marks left in wall are from his bed. Only time he wounds me is when his wings are out, and I embrace them." I let out the fact, I did in fact sleep with the villain, watching the complete anger radiate from his face. His electrical waves started to grow, blooming up his arms in a red and orange shade, then flashing white as it exploded out.
"Whore!" he screamed; a large explosion radiated off his body. I stayed focused on what I was doing, my hand grew heavy as I swung the chains, battle axe's still cutting into his skin occasionally.
"Electrocute this you zesty bitch." I grumbled; my chains started to wrap around his arms. Before I could register, he took a hold, and I felt the burn that came with his voltz.
