The Confrontation

Wednesday morning, 06:18 am - Minji Dormitory.

Her eyes opened slowly, the scene before her still blurry, she blinked a few times. Her nose began to smell a body odor that was forgotten but somehow familiar, she began to feel her head resting on something soft but firm, definitely not a head pillow.

Hanni closed her eyes and opened them again to get a better view, she felt her body warm and something hugging her waist. Hanni realized she was under a blanket, and Minji's face was in front of her.

MINJI'S FACE?

Hanni moved back frantically, she touched her shoulder, her jacket, where was her jacket? Did she...

No!

Her hand touched her chest, she was slightly relieved when she realized her tube top was still wrapped around her body, her eyes scanned Minji, her ex was still asleep, he was wearing a long sleeve t-shirt.

Hanni rolled off the bed and threw the blanket on the floor, her breath hitched, she looked down at her feet, she was also still wearing her pants. How did she end up in Minji's room? Hanni saw her jacket draped over the back of Minji's study table chair, she picked it up, she had to get out of here! Her bag, where is her bag?

Her eyes roaming, she then realized that her bag was on Minji's study table, still zipped up. Hanni put on her jacket hastily and walked to the door.

Hanni opened the door handle slowly, suddenly a hand grasped the girl's hand, the other hand pushed the door until it closed again. Hanni's heart pounding loudly, she paused still facing the door, the hand still not letting go.

"Are you leaving again?" Hanni felt Minji's breath on her nape, the girl's deep voice sounded sad. Minji rubbed Hanni's knuckles, the girl withdrew her hand and turned to face Minji, her nose almost touching Minji's nose. "Stop it." Hanni whispered, she couldn't, the wound was open again and Hanni didn't know what to cover it with.

She longed for Minji's touch but at the same time it poisoned her, made her suffocate. Hanni wanted Minji and also avoided her, she didn't want the barrier she had worked so hard to build to fall to pieces.

Minji brushed her nose against the tip of Hanni's, "I love you, I will never stop." she whispered, their lips touched, Hanni slipped her hand between their lips, she cupped Minji's mouth and looked into the girl's eyes, "Stop it, please." Hanni whispered sadly.

Minji knew she couldn't push any further than this, she pulled back her face and looked at Hanni, smiling sadly. Hanni then turned around and opened the bedroom door, leaving the girl behind.

07:54 am, Danielle's dormitory.
Haerin brought two plates of omelette fried rice from the kitchen and placed them on the dining table. Danielle sat cross-legged on the sofa, she was reading a novel, there was no class today.

Danielle then put her novel on the table and stood up, she went to the dining table, "I have to go to the library, there are reference books that I need. Can you ask Professor Woo for permission?" Haerin sat on the dining table chair and looked at Danielle. "No need, I'll accompany you." Danielle said as she sat down and picked up the spoon.

Haerin didn't respond anymore, she started eating, "I don't have class today." Haerin said, "I know, I have your schedule", "Can I go to the ice cream shop at the back of the campus?" Danielle stopped eating, "You're not allowed to leave the campus." she looked at Haerin.

Haerin sighed and ran a hand through her hair, honestly she felt frustrated, she was getting bored of being indoors all the time. Exercise did help her to relax, but she wanted to feel the air outside.
