Punch! I get hit in the ribs. Groaning, I fake a move and punch him in the face. After exchanging a few tough blows I get him into a chokehold but he hits me in the ribs again.
They're definitely going to be bruised tomorrow.
He managed to get out of the chokehold but I kicked him in the shins and punched him again, knocking him out.
The presenter announced my win and I stepped out of the cage.
I was going out of the gym when the new fighter in the ring caught my eye. He was none other than Arjun Agarwaal. This ought to be fun.
I look at him for a bit longer, afterall he is my soon to be husband. He has good form. Shut up, that's just your excuse to stare at his handsome ass for longer.
My eyes widened at the thought and I ran out of the gym, back to my house. Kaha phas gayi hoon main (where have i gotten stuck?). With that thought I fell asleep.
Next day
I woke up with bruised ribs. Surprise surprise.
Mujhe kaam pe nahi jaana. (i don't want to go to work)
I get ready and choose an outfit.

Time skip - in the office
"Khushi come to my cabin please" Kabir sir said
I go to his cabin grumbling about how I'm the one who has to always go to his cabin.
"Aap kabhi mere desk pe kyu nahi aa sakte. Har baar mujhe chalke aana padta hai" I say while barging into his office.
(why don't you ever come to my desk. Everytime i have to walk to come here)
To which Kabir sir replied "agar chal ke nahi to phir kya udd ke aayegi?"
(if you don't walk then will you fly here?). After he finished I heard a chuckle.
Only then did I notice two other people in his cabin. It was you guessed it Mr. Laksh Agarwaal and Mr. Arjun Agarwaal.
Masking my emotions I stand behind Kabir sir's chair.
"Khushi has agreed to marry arjun and I hope Arjun also agrees to this"
"I do,"Arjun replied. I look at him with a cold gaze and notice the bruise on his cheek from his fight last night. That's not the only thing you noticed. Shut up
"Well let's get straight to the point then. Khushi will come to your house to discuss marriage arrangements, she'll take a tour of the house and be by your side 24/7. It would be best if she worked alongside you, to keep an eye on the surroundings. Could you also please explain to Khushi the threats you've received."Kabir sir summed up
Mr. Laksh recapped the events that have been happening for the past two months.
"What do you think khushi?" Mr. laksh asked
"I think I need more information"I reply in an emotionless voice.
"I'll come to your house today with kabir sir and siya ma'am, I want to have a look around and meet with some of the staff"
"Do you think it's an inside job?" Kabir sir asked
"I don't know also mujhe arjun sir ke saath kaam karni ki kya zaroorath hai, main apne aap sambhal loongi" I replied
(Why do i have to work alongside arjun sir, i can manage on my own)
"Just arjun is fine, no need for sir also if we work alongside it's easier for all of us and i can give you access to company files"Arjun sir, I mean Arjun said
"Ok". I noticed he doesn't like being called 'sir'. Maybe he likes being called 'master' or 'daddy' .
Why do i have such a dirty mind i think not liking the direction my mind went in.
An awkward silence settled into the room. Finally kabir sir spoke up and said
"We'll see you in the evening then"
I left but the Agarwaals stayed there because Kabir sir wanted to catch up with his friend.
Time skip
Me, kabir sir and Siya ma'am are standing outside the Agarwala's house sorry Mansion.

We entered the mansion and it was amazing. It was so big. I wonder what else is big
This only makes my job harder. Mujhe nahi ghoomna itne bade ghar me, pata chale ki kaam karte karte main ghar me hi goom ho gayi.

"Meri hone wali bahu to bahut sundar hai"Mrs. Agarwaal said, pulling me out of my thoughts.
I smile and thank her. I know I'm beautiful and don't blush or argue with the fact but it feels nice to hear it from someone else.
Mrs. Agarwaal leads us to their living room where their whole family was including Arjun 'sir'
