The alarm rings at 5 again and Khushi stirs but doesn't get up. Instead she's stuck in darkness and can't get up. She starts to struggle and shout in her sleep. Arjun notices and tries to wake her up but he just gets kicked instead. He tries again and finally manages to wake her up and Khushi wakes up with a jolt and a massive headache.
Khushi's POV
I wake up with a heavy head and see Mr. Agarwaal staring at me expectantly. I feel confused and can't remember anything from last night.
I look at the time and rush to the bathroom to get ready. While taking a shower I feel dizzy. So so dizzy. I somehow make it out of the shower, I walk towards the closet but I lose my balance and end up falling. I stayed there on the floor for a while, trying to stop the dizziness. Maybe I'll rest my eyes for a little bit. No,no no no, don't close your eyes. Just for a little while, please.
I'm about to close my eyes, when I feel someone shaking me and calling me but it's all blurred. After a while, the shaking stops and the blurriness goes away.
Mr. Agarwaal is right in front of me, face too close to mine and both of us become evidently aware that I'm just in a towel. I quickly push him away and both of us shuffle back.
"Thanks for helping me"I said hesitantly
"If something happens you Kabir sir will have my head and we won't have anyone to find out who's behind the threats. What happened?"
"I think I was drugged"I say with a cold gaze, annoyed at him for not caring for me. I don't even know why. It's not like him or something.
"How? Also I found this note on the table near the sofa" He passed me the note.
"I don't know. I'll have a look at the note in the office. Shit! I need to make breakfast and pick up your dry cleaning"I said mockingly and quickly made my way out.

Thankfully papa had already made breakfast and I thank him.
