POV: you and Johnny have been dating for about 2months

You and Johnny were walking down the street when you saw the DX. You both walked up and sat in a booth. "Imma go get us some cokes, I'll be right back" he said getting up. As soon as he got up a boy walked in. Your exe, god you hated him, he cheated on you multiple times and was abusive. You stayed with him for so long because you thought that was love. After you got with Johnny you realized how wrong you were. Johnny took care of you when you were sick, loved you, stayed loyal, and would do anything for you. That was love. "Hey doll face" he said walking over to your booth "whatcha doing here all alone?" He asked. He lifted his hand to touch your face. "I-I'm not alone" you said. You were scared, he was unpredictable. You moved your face away from his hand trying not to piss him off. Johnny walked back with two cokes in his hands "h-hey who's that?" He asked, handing you one of the cokes. "I could ask the same thing y/n, who's this?" Asked your exe. "This is my boyfriend" you said pointing to Johnny "and he's my exe" you said, looking at Johnny but pointing to your exe. "Oh" said your exe looking Johnny up and down. "Well y/n we both know we would be better together dontcha think?" Said your exe smiling at you. God you hated his smile, it always left you wanting him, to be with him. But not this time, this time you stood up to be by Johnny and kissed him. "No, we wouldn't be good together. I have Johnny and he's all I need" you said, looking your exe in the eyes. "Whatever y/n" he said walking away. As soon as he left you and Johnny sat back down "would you ever leave me for him y/n?" Asked Johnny, clearly feeling insecure. "No baby, no I wouldn't" you said kissing Johnny again.
