I walked in the house to see Robyn sitting on the couch talking with Beau.   Magnolia and Marshall ran to me.

Magnolia - mommy

Marshall - hi mommy

Mel - hey

I smiled

Beau - hey babe

Melody - hey

He kissed my cheek.

Marshall -  no kissing

Beau - hush boy. This is my woman.

Marshall - no.

Mel - hi Robyn

She rolled her eyes at me.

Mel - if you wanna act like a bitch, the door is that way.  You're in my house.

Robyn - girl please

Mel - I don't have time for this today. You can get the fuck out.

Robyn - bitch my baby father invited me over

Beau and Robyn have been spending a lot of time together with Ny'Elli.

Mel - and? I don't care.  Every time you come over here , you are some shit and I'm sick of it.

Beau - Melody chill out . Not in front of the kids.

I glared at him. What the fuck did I do?  You really sticking up for this rude bitch.

Robyn smirked.

I sat my purse down.

Mel - I had enough of your shit

Beau  grabbed me.

Beau - stop.  Go upstairs.

Mel - Benedict, sh-

Beau - upstairs now

I went upstairs. After a few minutes , Beau walked in with the twins.

Beau -  what's your problem?

Mel - why is she always over here?  It can't be for Ellie.

Beau  sighed.

Mel - if you are cheating on me with her-

Beau - I'm not cheating on you.  Her mom just died.  I told her if she needed anybody to talk to, I'm here for her.

Mel - when's the funeral?

Beau - Friday

Mel - I'll call out of work

Beau - you're not going to the funeral.  Only me and Ny'Elli.  Her people don't know you like that and they don't like you because  Robyn told them I cheated on her with you.

Mel -   If you are gonna hang out with her. Don't do it here. 

Beau - okay

Maggie - eat?

Marshall and  Magnolia both looked up at us

Beau - I just fed y'all

Marshy - eat mommy?

I took them in the kitchen  and made them something quick then called Beau into the kitchen.
