My relationship with them improved after I moved for culinary school. Vladimir apologized to me and every now and again they'll pop up and check up on me. Melody - no. Her only advantage is really Ny'Elli.
Vladimir- Ellie isn't yours?
Melody - no. I don't think having children is in my future and I'm totally fine if I don't have a kid.
Emilia - you'll have one. Beau will make sure of it.
Melody - he hasn't even left his baby mama , so considering that I won't be having a kid
Vladimir - why do you think you won't have kids.
Melody - I don't think I'll be a good mom honestly
Emilia - look at how you are with Lyric. You'll be fine
Being in foster care I think fucked me up a bit when it came down to how I was treated as a child. Half the families I were sent to, I was either abused sexually or physically and I honestly think that's why I connected with Amir when I met him because of trauma bonding and that's also the reason I stayed with him as long as I did.
