That's mystery guy in the media >:)
* * * * *
Zach dragged me to the mystery guy through the crowd. Since our next class was an elective, we weren't too far away from it so we weren't worried about being late to class. We still had about 5 minutes until the next class.
The guy grabbed papers from the lady at the front desk and turned around, walking to the bench grumbling.
He sat down and began shuffling his backpack. Zach and I walked over to him.
"Hey man, I haven't seen you around here before." Zach began in a friendly tone.
The guy looked up at Zach. He had a chiseled face with what looked like either blue or green eyes. I couldn't tell what color his eyes were, which made him even more intriguing. His face was complete with bright white teeth. I studied him carefully and wondered who he was.
"Obviously not. It's my first day here." He said, rolling his eyes.
"Hey cool out, I was just saying." Zach held out his hand. "I'm Zach."
The guy looked at Zach's outstretched arm and raised his eyebrows. "Look, did you guys need something from me because I'm really in a rush." He said sarcastically.
Zach retracted his arm and crossed them. "Oh, so you have an attitude."
The guy stood up, dropping his stuff on the floor. "And you have a big ego." He sneered, looking Zach dead in the eye.
Zach let his arms go and his fists clenched. "I don't know who you think you're talking to, pretty boy."
Sensing trouble, I grabbed Zach's arm. "Hey, chill. He's trying to get to you."
When I saw that Zach was still tensed, I lightly pushed him away from this guy. I looked at the guy. "He was just welcoming you the school."
I stepped in between them and looked at the guy, giving him my hardest stare.
The guy didn't look me in the eye and laughed. "What do you think you're doing, babe."
I pushed him with all my force and he slammed into the bench. He looked up at me with shock and I smiled at him. I bent over and put my finger on his chin, tipping it up so that we were eye to eye now.
Despite my position, I still couldn't tell what color his eyes were. One minute they were blue the next they were green or hazel.
I shook my thoughts away and returned to the moment. "Watch your mouth." I grabbed his collar and pulled him towards me until our noses were almost touching. "You wouldn't want to mess with us or anyone. I'm stronger than you think." I whispered.
I let go of his shirt and he sunk back into the seat, looking enraged.
Zach pulled me into his side. "Good job." He muttered quietly and let me go.
I glanced at his eyes and despite him seeming cool, you could tell he was still frustrated.
I looked over at mystery boy again. "Your name?" I demanded.
He didn't answer, but instead handed me a paper.
I snatched it from him and gave him a suspicious look before reading what it said.
Transfer Notice: Alec Carter Price
My head snapped up and I passed the paper to Zach. Instantly, he looked up. "You're the Alec Price coach was talking about?!" Zach shook his head. "You sure do disappoint. I'll make sure to have Coach check out your attitude before he thinks about placing you on the team."
