Hello Childrens!! Another Chapter!
Short explanation- This chapter is the last chapter in the preface. It is at the end of the summer, after Nat's whole weight loss plan. She went with it and learned the whole playbook, NFL format as well. She also lost a lot. I'll get more into detail later.
Nat is in the media section

I stand in front of the mirrors lining the walls in the weight room, looking at the new girl staring back at me in awe. I was wearing a sports bra and shorts, revealing my now toned body.
I had lost more than 100 pounds in fat, but gained 20 back in pure muscle. I was now at a healthy 165 but most impressive for me was that I managed to cut my body fat percentage down from 40% to 18%. I had some minor skin surgeries done to remove all the excess skin and now I was all better.
I kept admiring myself in the mirror, not believing this was me, Natalie Marie Evans, in the flesh. I developed a golden-brown tan and my face had thinned out a little bit but it was still full. I also learned how to lift weights, which now gave me muscles. I wasn't buff, but I was strong. My stomach was now flat and defined (a sight I was shocked to see) and it had a long scar running from the top right corner of my ribs to the bottom left from stitches. My legs were tanned too and long, perfectly shaven (today at least) and strong.
I will never forget the baffled look on my doctor's face when I walked in for my 3-month check up last week. At first she playfully refused to believe it was me and summoned the whole entire office to look at me.
"83 pounds?!"
"Is this real?!"
"No way..."
"Why never have I ever..."
"There is no way you could've done that in less than three months!"
"Tell us your secret!"
It was a thrilling moment for me because I had worked SO hard for this the whole summer. At first, I didn't think I could do it at all-I was ready to give up.-but I'm glad I pushed through because the results are absolutely worth it.
I brushed a finger against my cheek. I still couldn't believe it, no matter how many times I looked at myself.
My blonde and golden brown waves flowed down my shoulder, glistening from the sweat dripping down my forehead. I had been here with Zach for nearly 3 hours now, getting in our last work out before the end-of-break bonfire with a ton of people at school.
Zach jumped down from where he had been doing pull ups and grabbed a towel, wiping the sweat off his forehead and drying his hair. He saw me looking at the mirror and came over to me.
He grinned and wrapped an arm around my waist. "You did it, Nat."
I smiled and looked up at him. His shirt was drenched in sweat and his hair was damp. But still in all his perfect imperfections, I saw Zach, my best friend since forever. "I owe it all to you."
"No, you did the work. I just edged you along." He smile softly. "I'm so proud of you."
I wrapped my arms around his torso. "I love you."
Zach put a hand on my hair. "I love you too." He said, embracing me for a moment.
He pulled away and smirked. "You ready for tonight?"
I grinned and tossed my hair back. "Of course." I said, grabbing the towel and wiping myself off. "Let's wow them."
