Additional Information
• Fortuna is named after the Roman goddess of fortune and personification of luck.
• She is one of the bosses in the story who is never fought again after the first encounter with her.
• She is inspired by the concept of a shapeshifting monster turning into a treasure chest to trick greedy people and ambush them.
• Fortuna is one of the only living beings in the story who does not have any limbs or limb-like body parts (tentacles, tail, wings, etc.) whatsoever.
• It is unknown why Fortuna shoots coins from her mouth.
-It is presumed that she eats them and holds them in her mouth to later shoot them at enemies.
-Another explanation for this could be that she once was an ordinary treasure chest, but came to life, and is now fighting by spitting out the items that were once stored within her.
• It is possible that Fortuna is a shapeshifter and can change into other forms besides the treasure chest form, although, no other forms of hers have been seen in the story.
