Mobius is a reptilian humanoid with a human-like body and a head similar to a lizard or snake. He has orangeish yellow eyes. Most of his body is covered in green scales, with the exception of his front neck, chest, stomach, and the underside of his tail, which are yellow. He wears silver armor that vaguely resembles riot police armor. He wields a silver machine gun as a weapon.

Corrupted (Red Mobius)
Rubia's influence has changed Mobius's color scheme to be more similar to hers. Mobius's scales and eyes are now red, and his armor and the previously yellow parts of his body are now black. He no longer wields the machine gun and instead wields a red and black jagged claymore as a weapon.

Personality
Mobius is much less caring than Diamant when it comes to matters concerning humanity: whenever he enters a human city for any reason, he always announces his presence with the statement: "Attention, citizens! Evacuate immediately! There is an emergency!" (sometimes, this statement is replaced with a loud roar, which he thinks is enough to get humans' attention and make them evacuate), however, after he thinks that everyone has left the city, he is often not very careful, destroying buildings during battles and running around, usually ending up stepping on something.

He is a relentless fighter who is not afraid of wreaking havoc, and does not bother with luring his enemies out of cities to avoid causing destruction during the battle. He is much less strategic than Diamant, usually attacking his enemies head-on without stealth or pre-battle preparations.

Despite his lack of strategic ability, he is a formidable opponent, mostly due to the combination of his species' physiological traits and augmentations in the form of armor and a weapon.

In the story
Mobius was obtained by Anna in Consternation. Although, he was corrupted by Rubia, who led him into the anatomical heart level, which turned out to be a trap. Afterwards, he was defeated by Rita and absorbed by Sephiroth. Just like all of the playable characters who had fallen victim to Sephiroth, he was resurrected after Sephiroth's defeat.

Additional Information
• Mobius is a masculine name of Aramaic origin meaning "having many furrows".
• Mobius vaguely resembles a velociraptor.
• Mobius is the only playable character in Third Time's the Charm who uses a firearm as a weapon.
• Mobius was supposed to have Masonic themes connected to him, as a tongue-in-cheek reference to the "reptilian freemason" conspiracy theories.
-Although, this idea was later scrapped, as those themes would have no importance to the story.
