Dean:
After a fight you both stay away from each other for a while until one of you are ready to apologise.
Sam:
Sam hates conflict and tries to avoid arguments as much as possible but when they do happen he stays angry for a while and then comes back with a gift saying how he's sorry and he loves you.
Castiel:
Cas almost never understands when you've been arguing so there are never any apologies unless Dean tells him what's happened.
