Dean:
His arms wrap tightly around your waist crushing you to his chest. Your arms wrap around his neck, helping you keep balance while standing on your toes to make up for the small height difference.
Sam:
His arms are around your waist lifting you off of the ground so he doesn't have to bend down. Your arms go around his neck while you play with his hair.
Castiel:
His arms go around your neck so he can play with/stroke your hair. Your arms go around his waist while you bury your face in his chest.
