Ch 11: Issues

***Adrien's P.O.V Of The Dream***

"Kitty?" He hears her call out to him, sounding far away.

He sighs as he looks around for her, not knowing what to say when he finds her.

"Hello?" She calls out again, finally seen by him in the abyss.

He walks over to her, furrowing his brows as he looks down at the water covered floor.

"I'm here." He tells her, finally looking up to stare at the bluenette.

He feels lost, however, when he sees a little girl with short dark blue hair that has tears in her bluebell eyes as she looks up at him, making him very concerned.

"W-Who are y-you?" The little girl asks him, obviously scared.

"Ah-Umm... I-I'm a superhero!" He laughs awkwardly, squatting down so that he doesn't frighten her with his towering height.

"Y-You are?"

He smiles, nodding in response to her question.

"C-Can you help me? I-I lost m-my kitty.. a-and n-n-now I'm lost t-too!" She cries out, trying to wipe away all her tears as she explains her situation.

"Of course! I'll make sure you find your kitten, don't worry." He tells her softly, patting her head gently and helping her calm down. He chuckles when she reaches up to him, as if asking to be picked up, and kindly does as requested, carrying her as they walk through the abyss to find her lost cat.

"O-Over there!" She points at something in the abyss, making his brows furrow in confusion when he sees nothing. He shrugs and walks over to where she's pointed, his eyes widening in surprise when he starts walking in the direction and sees a park that he's fairly familiar with.

'How did she see it?' He wonders, walking through the park with her in his arms.

"Kitty!" She cries out happily as she points to something behind a bush, encouraging Chat Noir to let her down so she can get her cat.

"Careful!" He calls out to her, smiling as she giggles in reply and runs over to the bush with her small legs, coming out of the bush a minute later with a black and white cat that has one blue eye and one green.

"Looks like you found him.." He sighs in relief, chuckling as she hugs the cat and hears it purr happily while staring at Chat Noir with inquisitive eyes.

"Th-Thank you! I-I can get home from here.." She tells him, speaking with more confidence now.

"Are you sure?" He asks her, still worried for her safety.

"Mhmm! It's over there!" She says, pointing to the bakery he's very familiar with.

'I thought so..' He thinks with a smile.

"I-I'm Marinette!" She introduces herself, shaking his hand and giving him her best smile.

"Nice to meet you.. Princess."

He frowns as the scene in front of him changes, the cute little girl no longer seen.

Suddenly, he's in front of a Primary school and hearing a bunch of young students scream with excitement as they run over to their parents.
