He confesses

Tanjiro
He took you out to a lake It was a very beautiful lake and you enjoyed it very much. You both were sat on a bench he put his arm around you and told you his feelings. You went redder then the sunset and he was nervous. You said you loved him to and would happily be his girlfriend or boyfriend. Least to say he was estatic.

Zenitsu
You both were in the garden. He gave you some flowers he picked and you took them smiling. After a while he yelled at you confessing his feeling you were suprised and taken it back. You agreed to be his girl/boy and that you loved him too.

Inosuke
You both were watching the sunset from the tree,inosuke ready eith his swords if a demon hurt you or appeared. After a ehile it turned night and inosuke was getting leaves for some odd reason. Next thing he knew you were hurt and a demon was trying to kill you. As fast as he vould he killed the demon and grabbrd the bandages out of your makeshift bag. He knew what to do since you taught him. Hugging you he said he loved you and will always protect you. You agreed to be his lover and he took you back home to give you cuddles.
