The two meet by pure chance in class and have built an innocent and joyful bond. Both enjoy each other's comforting company. But that was only when Winnie didn't let certain aspects of herself come out, same thing for Tara. And things will get complicated between the two when Ghostface returns, which has radically changed Tara's behavior towards Winnie.
