They weren't officially together. Not officially. But they were always glued to each other. Stealing kisses from each other when no one was around. Intertwined their little fingers together as they walked. Guinevere carrying Tara's books not wanting her to get tired with her asthma. And this one was constantly retying Guinevere's shoelaces. Sending each other loving gazes all the time that made Mindy roll her eyes. Tara resting her head on Guinevere's shoulder each time they sit side by side. Guinevere pressing her nose against Tara's cheek gently whenever she wanted her attention. Always wear each other's clothes. They were inseparable, but still not really girlfriends.
"Hi, Welcome to Starbucks. You are our first customer of the day !" Guinevere smiles kindly "What can I do for you ?"
"A cappuccino please." The blonde smiles recognizing Tara's voice.
"What size ?" She looked up meeting her brown eyes.
"Grande."
Guinevere took a goblet and marked a special inscription before giving it to Maddy, who read it and chuckled. She prepared the drink, while Guinevere leaned on the counter with her elbow the palm of her hand on her cheek. Grinning at Tara who was also smiling at her. It was very early so there was still time before a bunch of people could possibly arrived.
"So you often come here in the morning ? Or is it just a coincidence that you come here when I'm back at work ?" She asked
"I come often because the coffee here is more interesting now." Said Tara biting her lower lip.
"The coffee here is interesting only now ?" This isn't about coffee.
"I've been interested in it for a while. The coffee." The brunette leaned closer to Guinevere
"Oh really ? And this coffee is good at least ?" She asked going back and forth between her eyes and her lips.
"Yeah. I like the taste it has on my lips." Tara whispered in Guinevere's ear making her smirk.
The blonde finally backed away, taking the drink Maddy handed her.
"Here you go." Guinevere gave the drink to Tara stroking her hand discreetly. She gave her a wink and Tara came out of the Starbucks with her cheeks flushed. It was before reading the note on the cup that made her heart race.
"For my pretty pirate ♡"
