*Arshi's POV*

It felt like I was frozen. Like I could not move. Niall had pinned me with his gaze. He was angry yes but there was something else in those eyes too. Hurt. I had hurt Niall. I had broken my promise.

"Why?" He repeated.

I felt my nose burn and the tears prick my eyes.

"Why did you do it princess? Tell me please?" The anger had faded away giving way to worry. I suddenly felt terribly stupid.

"I...er..um..." I started.

Niall's POV

".....And it....it just...." Arshi looked down, fiddling with her nails. A lock of dark brown hair fell across that perfect face. I wanted to reach out and brush it away. I wanted to put a finger under her chin, tilt her head up and meet those dark eyes. I wanted to meet those pink lips with mine.

"I...I am sorry..." She whispered. Why was she apologising?!?

"Arshi why are you sorry? I..."

"Why are you dating me Niall?" She blurted out, before I could finish my sentence. "When you could have had so many other girls who are much more perfect...why me Niall?"

"Because I love you." I replied without thinking. She looked up, tears swelling up in those beautiful pools of chocolate. It was breaking my heart.

"I am sorry. It is because of me that you get hate. But I care about you. I love everything about you. I love the way your eyes crinkle when you smile. I love the way you bite you lip when you think. I love the way you wake me in the mornings. I love the way your hair smells of apples. I love the way your lips feel on mine. I love you and I can tell you that a million times over. You are prefect to me in every way possible and I want you to spend every breathing moment with me. Please dont do it again. Il set things right. I promise." My heart was thudding in my chest. I had meant every word of that. I loved her like no other.

She looked up eyes sparkling with tears, "I love you more." She smiled.

Il never let you go I whispered to myself. Never.
