THIS CHAPTER IS DEDICATED TO:katierocks13 for being my preliminary motivator!
"GO AVERY GO!!!" We all yelled cheering on Avery as she swam the 400FR. She was the youngest person at the meet to swim the 400. Not many people did because it's a long course meter pool so it's 50 meters long instead of 25 yards long."She's gonna win." Claire said looking at the pool. Avery was at the flags and the closest person to her was almost at the flags, but it's hard to catch up with someone that close to the end of the race.
Avery finished first and a cheer erupted amongst the crowd. "Yay Avery!"
"5:57!" Lara said jumping up and down.

"Wooh! I did it!" Avery said throwing her hands up as we all hugged her and congratulated her.
"What did coach say?" I asked sitting back down and drinking some water.
"He said I had a great race. And he thinks I broke a club record" Avery said giving a thumbs up and laughing.
"How can you just shrug that off? You made a record! Well hopefully that will follow through for the rest of the day." I said giving her a high five.

"Wow. Ok nice meet guys!" Coach Will said at practice on Monday. "Level 4 actually broke the most records last weekend. We had Maya with the 100BR, Jessica with the 200BR, Avery with the 400FR, and Cam with the 50Fly. Nice job guys." Coach Will said congratulating all of us. "So let's get in a good practice, and hopefully this group will break more records in the future." Coach Will Sadi dismissing us to start our warmup.
Silvers was next weekend, they were in Vermont. I had qualified in the 200BR, 100FR, 50BR, 50FR, 100BK, and 200IM. Maya had also qualified in the 200BR, two seconds slower than me. Losing was not an option.

"Hello friends!" Caroline said as the two of us sat down at our lunch table.
"Well your happy." Olivia said laughing at herself.
"You laugh at your own jokes every single day, Olivia." I said laughing too.
"Yeah, because their funny." She said causing Caroline and Claire, who was also at the table, start laughing too.
"Hey guys." Lara and Avery said coming over with lunch trays.
"Hola." I said while stuffing pizza in my mouth.
"That's gross." Avery said lowering my hand away from my mouth.
"But I'm hungry! I tried the early morning practice with Level 5 this morning and it was hard!"i said whining about my pizza being taken away.
"Don't talk with your mouth full!" Avery said throwing her hands up in the air in defeat.
"Your so cute." I said pinching Avery's cheeks.
"Ow!" Avery said rubbing her cheeks and making the cutest puppy dog face ever.
"Your scaring me with your face! Jessica do something she's scaring me!" Lara said pointing at Avery who was still doing her famous countenance.
"Hey guys I have great news!" Sydney said coming over to our table.
"I got a-"
"Sydney got a 93 on her math quiz!" Chloe said running over to U.S. With her lunch.
Suddenly, we all burst into laughter. "Congrats Syd!" I said as she sat down.
Noticing a sad look on Lara's face I got a little nervous. Chelsea walked past us and gave me the stink eye.
"Who's that?" I asked directing my attention to Lara.
"The most popular girl in our grade." Olivia said. "She's really mean."
"Yeah." Lara said eating her pizza and looking down. After exchanging looks with Claire, I knew something was up, and it was causing Lara to be quiet.
Ok so it's short and has a really bad ending. I apologize. My wifi was down and I couldn't update or publish my chapter so I did it last minute today, also I didn't really give myself enough time. So from now on only one update a week, possibly two but probably not. I will update on Sundays because that is most convenient for me. Also, countenance and preliminary are real words, look them up.💋💋💋
