"Calyx!" A loud voice echoed in my ear, napabangon ako dahil sa sigaw na 'yun
Mom is walking fast, crying
"Mom, what happened?"
"What did you do anak? Did you two fought last night? Did you have misunderstanding? Did--" Agad ko siyang pinutol, hindi maintindihan ang sinasabi niya
"Mom, what are you talking about?"
"Blaire left! Iniwan ang singsing kay Elena!" Natigil ang paghinga ko, sumakit ang ulo at parang nabingi sa sinasabi niya
Agad akong tumayo at kinuha ang car keys ko, hinagilap ko din ang cellphone ko at agad siyang kinontak
'This number cannot be reached'
Nanginginig ang kamay at buong katawan ko habang nakasakay sa elevator, hindi tumitigil sa pag contact sa kaniya
"He-hello, Sein. Where's Cheina... "
Tahimik ang kabilang linya pero hindi nakatakas sa akin ang hikbi ni tita Elena
"She left the country, kuya... umalis na siya... " Sa pagbukas ng elevator ay natigilan ako, ang puso ko ay tumigil din at para bang maingay 'yun na nabasag
"We.. we don't know where she was, she doesn't want to talk to you."
Walang buhay na bumagsak ang kamay ko na may hawak na cellphone
Kagabi lang ay masaya kami? She told me that she loved me, we were so happy that I never she'll leave me today.
Bumagsak ang tuhod ko sa matigas na semento, nawalan ng kahit anong lakas para magpatuloy ng pagpunta kung saan man.
"AHHH!" I shouted, crying--holding my chest for so much pain. I did not know that loving her this much will cause me this kind of heartbreak. She knows that I love her more than anything, so she breaks me like a useless glass that she doesn't need anymore.
"Anak... " My mom immediately run to me
Mahigpit niya akong niyakap, dumamay sa pagkakaluhod ko
"Mom, I didn't do anything wrong. Why did she leave? It hurts mom, it hurts." I cried like a baby, looking for his favorite thing
"I know, anak... I know" She cried as we both feel the pain
"Tita, Tito... I'm begging, please tell me where is she? I'll explain to her whatever she wants to hear. Tita please, I can't live without your daughter... " I kneel, agad akong pinigilan ni Tita Elena at tito
