"It's time for class!"
Despite the Tri-Wizard tournament going on, classes were still happening. And for Mya, that meant acing her potions exam coming up. She was on her way to the classroom when she bumped into someone in the hallway. She let out a surprised yelp and dropped one of her books.
"I'm so sorry!" she said quickly, not bothering to look up. "No, don't even worry about it." "Taehyun?"
The Chinese girl finally looked up, meeting eyes with her friend.
"Hey Mya." "Hi! I didn't even realize it was you, I'm so sorry," she said, sheepishly. "You're all good," he smiled. "Can I walk you to class?"
Mya nodded in response and Taehyun held her hands textbook as they made their way to the classroom. They continued to chat until they reached the room and the boy handed over her book.
"I'll see you later, right?" he asked, hopeful. "For sure," Mya responded, beaming. "Bye Tae!"
She hurried into the classroom, leaving Taehyun staring after her. A smile bloomed on his face as he left quickly in hopes that no one could see his red cheeks.
