Note : why in the fuck is this child a Demon Lord?

So Rimuru wanted to have a little talk with Gazel, so I decided to not show up, so I can feel cool by spying on their conversation!
Basically what happened was... they talked about reasons why he showed up.
Gazel explained that he showed up because of the Orc Lord Incident. Makes sense I guess.
Then Gazel asked Rimuru to form and Alliance with him, he accepts but now he is forced to think of a name for his country and he makes it The Jura Tempest Federation, Am I disappointed that its not the Jura Tempest Circus? Yes.
Everyone decides the capital of their city shall be called Rimuru for whatever unoriginal reason they had.
And now fast forward to today.. who is this child? And why the fuck is she a Demon Lord?

Before meeting the Child.
...
"That looks fun! Real fun! I'm going to check out this new toy!" A 'child' with pink hair says excitingly.
"But Milim, we have a non-aggression treaty with Jura Forest." Clayman.
"Non aggression treaty? Veldora's gone! So why don't we just get rid of it?" The 'child' with pink hair says as she points at nowhere with closed eyes.
"I see. Why don't we, then?" Clayman.
"That settles it! But interfering with one another is no good! Alright?"

The 'child' who if you paid attention to the last dialogues said by Clayman, you'd know her name is Milim, says as she points at three people in the room, a woman with wings, a man who looks ripped, and Clayman.
"But ofcourse.... be careful. I have a very valuable guy there." Clayman.
"Whatever! I'll leave to check it out! Clayman, Carrion, Frey, don't try to stop me!" Milim.
She then jumps out of the balcony and we cut to Rimuru!

"What's this mana I'm feeling? An enormous concentration of mana is heading this way at an unbelievable speed!" Rimuru says as he immediately bounces where he predicts the mana source would land.
And it does land, causing a very strong impact to and a windy aftermath. A silhouette of a girl with her hands on her hips can be seen through all the smoke.
"Nice to meet you. I'm just a lone dragonoid, who hold the title "The Destroyer".. named Demon Lord Milim Nava!" Milim.
"Demon Lord!?" Rimuru.
"You seem like the strongest one in town, so I came to say hello!" Milim.
Rimuru looks deep in his thoughts. However, he is quickly pulled out as Milim pokes Rimuru as he is in slime form.
"N-nice to meet you. I'm Rimuru, the leader of this town." Rimuru.
Milim continues to poke the squishy slime form of Rimuru while remaining a wide smile.
"G-good job noticing, that I, a slime, am the strongest one here... while he's not here-" Rimuru.
"Noticing things like that is a cinch for me! With My Milim Eye, I can even see how many magicules someone is hiding!" Milim.
"Woah, Milim Eye?" Rimuru.
"Well, that just means you can't pretend to be weak, not while I can see you!"
