It's been a long legal battle back and forth with lawyers to get the custody over my little brother and sister. So far they been staying in the second room in the penthouse.
Devon survived the attack turns out they weren't even trying to shoot Devon they mistook him for one of his friends. They found the guys that shot him and arrested them.
Devon has been so distant with us after everything's happened. I'm thinking about starting to take him to therapy because he won't talk to us. It's moments where you can just tell there's something on his mind but he's holding it back.
Duke has been telling me don't bother him to much about it. It takes time to recover from something like that but I just want my little brother back to himself.
Peyton and Devon are growing up so fast they graduate next week and I couldn't be even more proud. Luckily they decided not to go to the same college Peyton decided to go to Spelman. Devon decided to go to Clarke so at-least they'll be somewhat close to each other if they need anything.
As for me I'm currently 2 months until I'm due. I'm so ready to get this baby out of me it's really insane but Duke and Paris have been beside me along the way.
Currently todays the day of our baby shower and also the day we find out if our baby is a boy or girl.

"Duke hurry up before we're late oh my gosh" I yell lord he takes getting ready longer than me I think.
I go up the stairs to check in the twins.
"Hey, are y'all good and ready" I say
"Yeah we're ready to go" Peyton says
Devon looks at me with a slight smile and nods his head.
"Okay well you guys head downstairs we're about to leave" I say
I leave out to go into our room I twist the knob.
"Duke why the fuck is this door locked" I say
"Hold on I'm tryna do something Sum" he says
"You go 10 seconds Duke" I say raising my voice
Instantly hearing the door unlock and open to seem him at the door with a big smile.
"You taking longer than me and I'm carrying an extra person" I say rolling my eyes
"I had to get myself right for today bae" he says giving me a kiss on cheek instantly making whatever I was mad about at that moment go away
"Okay we'll come on we're gonna be late to our own baby shower" I say walking out the room
