Matt makes you feel loved when you feel like you aren't. He constantly checks on you. He comforts you whenever you're upset, and don't even think about saying you're fine because he can tell whenever you're upset or anxious.
You guys value space in your relationship, and letting each other spend time with other people. But when you're together, you guys cling to each other. Matt loves cuddling you whenever he has the opportunity to. He loves cuddling with you in bed or on the couch, and he always hugs you from behind. He also adores your kisses; whether that be on the lips, forehead, cheek, neck, and jawline. He loves it when you hold his hand, or play with his fingers. Whenever you're holding hands he'll rub your hand with his thumb.
You guys go on late night drives all the time. Most of the time it's to get food, but every so often he'll surprise you and take you somewhere. He always has one hand on the wheel, and rests the other on your thigh.
Matt loves it when you wear his clothes, especially his hoodies. He gets butterflies everytime you steal one of his hoodies, and he thinks you look cute when you wear them. Whenever you're cold, he'll take off his hoodie and put it on you.
He blushes and does that cute little smile whenever you compliment him. He absolutely loves it when you play with his hair.
He does a lot of little things that give you butterflies; like holding your shoulder when he's reaching for something above you, when he holds the door open for you and his arm goes over your head, and when you're getting up or walking and he holds your waist to guide you which makes you feel protected.
Matt's not overprotective, but he can get quite jealous. He doesn't stop you from being friends with guys, but if he sees that you're getting along he will get quite jealous but keeps quiet. He holds your hand or waist in public to signal to people that you belong to him.
He acts like a baby when he's sick, and he needs you to be there looking after him. He is the clingiest whenever he's sick, he barely lets you leave his side and will follow you if you leave him for a minute. When you're sick, he treats you like royalty. He showers you with kisses and cuddles, and buys you food.
At night before you guys sleep, you either sit on Matt's lap while he games, or cuddle up in bed or the couch together watching tv. You always fall asleep first. If he's gaming, he'll carry you to bed, and lay you down as he lays with you. You always sleep with your head on his chest, and he plays with your hair and rubs your back.
In the morning, you wake up first. You usually begin to play with his hair, or gently stroke his face to wake him up. Matt hates mornings, so he groans and readjusts so his head is laying in your chest. You guys cuddle in bed for about an hour or 2 each morning, and you take time to just stare at each other adoringly.
