This whole week my mom was going crazy planning. It's Saturday and the last day I'll be able to spend with her.

"Mom?" I slightly yelled.

"Yes sweets" she replied coming from behind me. "Do we have a list of what's done and not done?" I asked. She gave me her are you kidding me look and I followed her to the kitchen where I saw Melissa, the party planner. She didn't even wait for us to sit she just started talking.

"Okay so this is the list of things we have done. Theme: Hawaiian,

Food: fruits, pig, hand foods, junk

Decorations: tiki torches, balloons, etc.

Invitations: bottled and placed in every locker in the school tomorrow to be found Monday by the student.

Music: you'll have a DJ

Know your furniture will be moved into locked rooms and the living room will turn into the dance room since it's connected to the pool area so you can still dance outside. The pool will also be open. Now the only thing we haven't talked about is drinks. You do have about two tiki bars, one outside and one inside and we understand your underage to drink so ma'am I was wondering if you'd be allowing alcohol considering it is mainly a high school party so people will be bring it in anyways." She finally stopped talking but I only really started listening at the alcohol part.

"Well Melissa although I know it's illegal I can they can drink but I'm not responsible for them I just have to talk to the bartenders, so if you don't mind I'll deal with them myself" mom replied without blinking. Wow. She said yes. To alcohol. THIS IS FUCKING AMAZING!!!

"Um mom I was wondering if we could go to spencers" I pretty much whispered to her.

"Sweets I can't I have to finish packing but here money, this envelope is for your outfit and here's $200 for spencers" she said while grabbing the money out of her wallet.

"Oh Melissa," I said

"I was wondering if the basement will be open since we have the pool table and beer pong table there as well as the cards table and usable seating area" she gave me a look, "yes and you have your own personal bar down there so I'm not putting one there but i will hire a bartender" she had such a serious face saying this. I left the ladies there as I made my way to the car for the mall.

I'm way to excited to go to the mall but seeing as I don't have any friends I have no one to come with me. The mall was pretty close to my house so it only took around 10 minutes to get there by car with this minimal traffic jam. I found my usual parking spot and made my way inside. There were a lot of teenagers at the mall so i made my way to spencers first, trying to avoid eye contact so I don't have to converse to anyone. We needed a new beer pong set and some games. Spencers had some glow in the dark beer pong set so i grabbed that and the had this spin the shot thing, so instead of spin the bottle you spin the shot and whoever it lands on drinks. I also grabbed the birthday dice game and a flashing button that says birthday babe, and the birthday spin the bottle game.

I already know Id use these again if i had any other party. Considering my brothers thrown one before he'd do it again. I walked around the mall until I completely finished my outfit. I ended up buying an entire outfit and i got makeup products to finally have my own collection. I walked into MAC because they have some of my favorite lipsticks and lip liners. I gave the lady a list of lipsticks and liners while I looked at the eyeshadow colors and mascaras. I was also looking at their pigments and brushes. The lady came back with their customized MAC shopping basket.

"Here you go, since we just stocked up we had all the ones you were looking for. Is there anything else I can help you with?" she asked shyly.

"Actually yes, Id like these eyeshadows, pigments, and this mascara," I paused "I was also wondering if i could get one of each brush and how old are you? You look vaguely familiar" she slightly giggled as she put the things i asked for in the basket i was now carrying.

"Yes actually. I'm Makena, I go to your school recently transferred there after you changed into all the guys dream girl I've been told by people there. I haven't started there yet." she answered as she grabbed the rest of the brushes and made her way to checkout.

"I wouldn't say I'm their 'dream girl' but here's my number let's get to know each other and I'm personally inviting you to a party this friday for my birthday. I'll text you the details!" i finished saying excitedly. I payed for my things and made left the mall. I am definitely excited now.

I got home and went straight for the shower and bed. Just the thought of having a friend is amazing. As i was starting to fall asleep my phone buzzed.

Unknown: Hey its, Makena. Mondays going to be my first day and I was wondering if you could help me since i still have to go to the office and get my schedule.

Me: ohkai girl, don't worry bout it and you can use my locker since I know for a fact they haven't gotten you a space

Makena: thank you so much! I have work again tomorrow so ill see you monday, goodnight!

I think i made a friend. I put my phone back down and went straight to sleep.
