I ran holding my crossbow up high as I ran through the tombs toward the screams. I stabbed and shot all walkers I passed. I burst through a door, blood splattered on my face, slowly rolling down my cheeks.

I saw Daryl with his crossbow held high in front of 6 prisoners. He was explaining the apocalypse to them.

I walked over and stood next to him also with my crossbow high up.

"How interesting." One of the guys mumbled stepping close to me.
"Back off!" Daryl yelled.

He ignored Daryl and kept stepping towards me. I looked in his eyes and pointed my crossbow down at his feet. Then I shot the arrow right through his foot. I watched him writhed in pain. I ripped my arrow out of his foot and wiped it on him.

"Serves you right." Daryl said quietly.
I looked behind and saw Hershel's leg had been yacked off. A couple of people hoisted him into a metal rack. Then I turned back my attention on the prisoners. The man I shot in the foot was probably four times my size.

I smerked and Daryl kept talking to the others. Rick made a deal that we would clear out another cell block for the prisoners.

We started running with Hershel in the rack, as blood flew everywhere.

We made it back to the cell block and left the prisoners in a separate area.

Carl looked at me kind of disgustingly. I looked down and had noticed I was covered from neck to toe in blood and guts. Well what can I do, it was a gong show out of Cell Block C.

"I know you want a hug!" I laughed  holding out my arms.
"On coarse lady of the guts." He bowed and backed away.

We both laughed as I walked back into our cell. Carl following behind.
"A little privacy?" I asked him
"Sorry." He laughed and walked away.

I tired not to think about Hershel. I didn't know if he was going to be okay. We need him. I mean, who's going to deliver Lori's baby if he's not here?.

I changed into a purple T-shirt and black leggings. I heard laughing, so I ran out. It was Hershel. Hershel's awake!

I watched the prisoners as I walked to Daryl.
"Ones missing. Other than the one we killed, and the one I shot in the foot."I wispered to Daryl. He nodded.

Rick, Daryl and some others left to clear out cell block for the decent prisoners. Surprisingly I stayed and washed my face up. That night I was sitting on my bed. Carl walked in, he washed his face. Daryl came in and took him out for a moment. I thought it was weird.

CARL POV:
Daryl took me aside to talk 'privately' about something.
"Don't do anything stupid, and if something does happen," Daryl continued, "it's on you!" He finished.
I nodded. I quickly walked back to Amber and my cell. I brought some food and plates. We ate and talked. We were safe.

"I'm glad you and Daryl found this place." I exlamed.
"Yeah me too." She answered.

AMBER POV

I sat alone looking at the sky. I thought to myself about how we could live life here. I got pulled away from my thoughts as I noticed Hershel walking with crutches. Lori, Beth and Carl by his side. I smiled and waved. They waved back.

Then I flinched as a scream approached my ears.
I jerked up, so did Daryl. I gripped my crossbow in my left hand and pulled out my knife with the right.

The courtyard was swarming with dead corpses. So was the field. I started running to Daryl in a hurry. I saw Lori, Carl and Maggie run for the tombs. alarms started blaring.

"I'll cover Lori, Maggie and Carl! I yelled running towards them. I saw Rick nod in my direction. Let's hope he was talking to me.

I got cornered.
"Dammit." I started to climb the fence. I noticed Daryl looking at me with wide eyes filled with fear.

"Go!" I yelled to Daryl, Rick and other inmates ran inside to go find and turn off the alarms. I relized the walkers were climbing over each other to get over, so I started to use a brick and fence to my advantage.

I eventually got to the top of the fence and cut the barbed wire with my multi tool set I had in my pocket.

I winced as I cut my arm on the wire. Blood dripped down. The walkers got more bloodthirsty. I sat up, perched on top of the fence for awhile until the alarms stopped. I smiled as walkers one by one fell to the cement. Carl and Maggie stood there shooting them. Maggie was holding a baby with a Blank expression on its face. No Lori.

I climed down accidentally cutting my arm some more. I started walking, a trail of blood followed me. I held my right arm.

"Boy or girl?" I asked
"Girl." Maggie replied.
I looked over to Carl. I walked over to him and hugged him.

"I know what it's like." I told him.
"You've never had to kill a family member." He yelled pushing me away.
"I had to kill my brother. He turned." I stuttered as I thought about him.

I started walking and I tripped, grazing my arm on the ground.
I winced as Carl looked at me in shock.

"We're you bit or scratched?" Daryl asked coming to my aid.
"Barbed wire." I told him.

I stood up and walked away. Still holding my arm. Tears built in my eyes. Slowly streaming down my face.

"That's going to need stiches. A lot of them." Hershel told me as he wobbled inspecting my arm.

I nodded and follow Hershel inside, I sat down quietly. I winced as Hershel stiched up my arm. Carl still had a blank expression on his face. He was going cold.
