Dear Reader,
Guess what? It's officially summer. But that word literally means nothing in my house. My parents still assign chores everyday, I'm going to get a job soon, and on top of that I have summer homework. I actually like the school year. I defiantly eat less and actually do productive things with my life during the school year. During summer, I eat a lot of food and binge watch Netflix while pretending to do work. It's a sad cycle. This summer is going to be different. I'm going to start up this YouTube channel I've always been meaning to create. So many young artists get discovered on YouTube; I have to put myself out there. It's been a dream of mine to create an actually music video for a REALLY long time. I am going to get that done this summer. I just hope people are available to help me with it. A one person music video is kinda sad.

I've been thinking about flaws lately. But the really question is: what are flaws? Wikipedia says:
"A mark, fault, or other imperfection that mars a substance or object."
A blemish. A little spot that was completely finished. But we make one flaw seem like so much more. We think that because our eyes are too far apart that we're not attractive. We think our weight determines our beauty. We think that one ugly quality of ourselves defines us. Flaws are just little things that make us different. Contrary to societal beliefs, we are not all made from the same mold. Therefore we can not have flaws. We only have details and that's what makes us unique.

Sincerely,
Rae
