Curt, John and Simon finally arrived at dreamland. They didn't have to walk far to reach Bryan because he just appeared in front of John. "Uhhh help please," Bryan said while John just got shocked he actually fell. Bryan just teleported somewhere else. "John, you alright?" Curt asked, helping John up. "I'm alright, but we need to catch Bryan somehow," John said. Bryan then appeared out of nowhere. "Guys, I'm here," Bryan said before he disappeared. "If only any of us had teleportation powers," Simon said before Miyagi appeared. "Miyagi, what are you doing here?" Curt asked. "More like how did you get here?" John asked. Miyagi then chirped, explaining how it managed to get itself to dreamland. "Can any of you translate?" Simon asked.

"It said it put itself in a coma so that it could also help save Bryan, it can also teleport so it can also stop Bryan from teleporting into random places," Curt said. "That sounds cool, I didn't know Miyagi could do that though," Simon said. "Miyagi has all of our powers so he'll be useful in this situation," John said. Miyagi then chirped out something. "Okay Miyagi, can you try to locate Bryan and try to teleport? So that he can get away from the teleportation wormhole?" Curt asked. Miyagi nodded and tried to teleport itself to grab Bryan. Bryan appeared in front of Simon so Simon tried to grab him only to have both of them teleporting. "Crap, now I'm stuck in this teleporting wormhole," Simon said while holding on to Bryan. "What are we going to do?" Bryan asked.

"Miyagi will get you guys, hold on," Curt said, using his telekinesis to try to grab hold of Bryan and Simon. "Don't teleport on me without Miyagi." Miyagi managed to teleport Simon and Bryan out of the teleporting wormhole and into where John and Curt were standing. "Nice work, Miyagi," John said. "Thanks guys," Bryan said. "Now, how do we get out?" Simon asked. "There's supposed to be a hill somewhere," Curt said before he stepped into the teleportation void. He managed to step out before he could actually teleport. "Nope, no hill here, we're surrounded by the teleportation void," Curt said. "Then how do we get out?" Bryan asked. "Last time we were here, there was an oasis and then a portal opened up in the water," Simon said.

"If this is a different dream, then the portal back home isn't either on the hill or on the water," John said. "Then where could it be?" Bryan asked. Miyagi began investigating the place, avoiding the teleportation void until a pathway within the void opened up. "You found something, Miyagi?" Curt asked. Miyagi then chirped out. "There's a pathway towards the portal home within the teleportation void," John said. "It split, just like the Red sea," Curt said. "Let's head home guys," Simon said. It was a long walk through the teleportation void but whatever happens, the 4 Wild Boys had to follow Miyagi. Back in the hospital room, it has already been 3 days and it is now Tuesday. Neither of the Wild Boys had left the hospital room while the doctors went on to look after other patients.

"How long have they been sleeping for?" Andy asked. "It's been 3 days, Andy," Jim said. "I hope everything's alright," Kim said in concern. "I wonder where they even went and how Curt, John and Simon can put themselves in a coma," Marc said. "John is telepathically connected to Curt, especially when it comes to dreams and they're both able to gain access to dreamland. Whoever enters dream land will be able to gain access to that place forever. That means that after your coma, you can go there," George said. "So if I were in a coma, Curt, John, Simon and Bryan could go to dream land and help get me out?" Marc asked. "Yeah," Martin said. Jon was just holding on to Bryan's cold hand as he watched some sort of suctioning machine drain out the fluid from his lungs.

"I know how much it sucks waiting for your boyfriend to wake up, Jon," Andy said. "Yeah, so do I, especially because Simon went through a lot and he's also haemophilliac," Nick said. "John went through a lot too, childhood depression and OCD along with being sick a lot thanks to his asthma and heart defects," Andy said. "John gets sick easily? Are you sure he doesn't have AIDS?" Kim asked. "He didn't get AIDS, he just gets sick easily because of asthma, his blood was already checked," Nick said. "How long do comas last?" Jon asked. "A long time, days, weeks, months and even years," Roland said. "The person with the longest coma was Elaine Esposito, she was in a coma for 37 years," Roger said. "Wait, really?" Chris asked. "Yeah, my mum knew about her because she was also Hispanic," Roger said. "So does that mean it'll take 37 years for him to wake up?" Jon asked.
