The will to act, it's gone astray, A shadow cast upon each day, The world around me seems so grey, As I struggle to find my way.
A lack of drive, a lack of zeal, A void within that can't be filled, The choices made, they seem unreal, As I stand still, unfulfilled.
The passion gone, the spark within, The fire that once burned so bright and keen, It's faded out, a distant dream, A life in stasis, a constant in-between.
The world around me moves so fast, But I am stuck, I cannot last, The days go by, they slip away, As I remain, unmovable and grey.
And yet, within this life of grey, A hope remains, a chance to sway, To find a way to move ahead, To live my life, to love instead.
For though the abulia weighs me down, A path ahead, it can be found, And in that path, a chance to thrive, To find my way, to be alive
