( A/n: Just letting you know, Mery will be seen doing something that the gems and herself don't even she is doing in this episode. And you guys didn't really think I would tell you all of what our fusion half gem can do? If I did, there would be spoilers. Enjoy the chapter. )
Mery was trying to teach Centi some tricks while holding a Lion Licker, sense she learned that Centi liked them.
Mery: Centi, sit...
Centi laid on his stomach on the ground with his legs spred out.
Mery: . . . That'll do. Good Centi!
Mery opens the Lion Licker wrapper and tossed it to Centi, who happily caught and ate it. Mery then noticed that there was, what looked to be a giant red eye in the sky, she looked at it through the window.
Mery: Wow... That's one big eye. ( Calls-out: ) Pearl! Maggie! Garnet! There's a big eyeball in the sky, and I think it has pink eye!
Maggie: ( Off-screen: ) Shi-
Pearl: ( off-screen: ) Maggie!
Mery: I think it's either getting bigger or coming closer! I honestly can't tell!
Cut to Pearl, Maggie, Mery, and Garnet outside on the beach near the temple. Centi can be seen inside the temple sitting at the window, patiently waiting for Mery to return like a dog waiting for it's owner. Pearl and Garnet were looking through a telescope, and are observing the giant eye. Maggie was standing beside Mery, who was drawing a upside down heart in the sand.
Maggie: ( to Mery: ) Sis, I'm pretty that's upside down.
Mery: ( happily: ) Yep.
Maggie: Alrighty then.
Garnet: ( to Pearl: ) This is bad.
Pearl: Look at the size of it, I had no idea these things were so big.
Maggie: ( thinking to herself: ) Should I make a " that's what she said " joke? ( Glanced at Mery and decided to not do a joke about what Pearl said )
Amethyst then ran towards them, carrying Steven.
Amethyst: Guys!
Pearl: ( visibly annoyed ) ( To Amethyst: ) We saw. Some of us are trying to protect humanity. Where were you?
Amethyst: ( puts Steven down beside Mery ) Eating fry bits.
Pearl groaned as Mery and Maggie chuckled.
Steven: Oh, can I see?
Steven looks through the telescope.
Steven: Woah. It's a giant eyeball! Awesome!
Pearl: NOT awesome!
Maggie: ( calmly: ) It's a Red Eye.
Steven: A red eye?! It's going to infect us all!
Mery: That's pink eye, Steven.
