Hoseok couldn't help but to stare at the man sitting in front of him, his gaze soft and loving while the black haired male continues to feed his niece with the utmost care.

It's so terrifying how much pain and sufferings a smile can hide.

The brunette feels a wave of sadness engulf him as he wonders how hurt Yoongi must be to resort to loneliness rather than confiding in his father.

He plays with the food in his plate, silently watching his husband.

"Have you packed yet, Hobi?"

Seokjin asks, taking a seat beside him as he lays an arm across the younger's shoulder. Yoongi looks up at Hoseok with a frown when he hears no response only to catch him staring.

"Earth to Seok?!"

"W-What?"

The brunette seems embarrassed, the apple of his cheeks turning red. The sight makes Yoongi smirk as he goes back to feeding the little one who munches on the fruit salad like the good girl she is.

"Did you pack already?"

That's right.

They were leaving back to their home right after. He nods solemnly, eyes now trained on his younger sister who weirdly enough hasn't uttered a single word.

Breakfast remains silent otherwise.

Hoseok hugs the old man, slightly uncomfortable as he remembers all the time Yoongi had suffered from the cold shoulder he was given.

"Take care, father. We will visit soon."

He mumbles, pulling away to hug Seokjin tightly. Sunhee was crying, tears dripping down her chubby cheeks as she hides her face in the crook of Yoongi's neck.

Jiwoo, well, she was silent. If it isn't for her lower lip trembling, Hoseok would've thought she was just fine. He pulls her into his arms, kissing her temple affectionately.

"I'll miss you, Woo."

"Shit."

Yoongi parks the car to the side, groaning as the rain only seems to get heavier by the passing minutes. It's half past ten in the morning and they're in the middle of an empty highway, stuck inside their car with heavy raindrops hitting the ground loudly.

Hoseok sighs as he leans back and shivers slightly from cold. He could feel his teeth starting to chatter and so Yoongi moves forward to turn the air conditioning off.

They remain silent, both not knowing what to say at that moment. Yoongi glances out, watching as a small raindrop slides down on the window. His eyes aren't shining, not the way Hoseok expected it to considering how passionate the black haired male seemed to have written about it on his diary.
