The male shouts, heart racing wildly as he he stares at the silver haired male in disbelief.

Yoongi stares at the file on his desk with blank, empty eyes. He doesn't exactly know what he was feeling at that very moment.
It's strange.
This was everything he had ever wanted.
Wealth, power, reputation.
Even then, he had no idea why he couldn't celebrate. Staring at the file makes him nauseous for some reason, maybe it's to do with the fact that Hoseok can choose to walk out anytime if he ever gets to know.
It's not as pleasant to think as it was a few months ago. Jerking back to reality as the door to his office gets knocked open, Yoongi smiles halfhearted at the sight of his husband walking in with a cup of coffee in hand.
"Hey, all good? You've been quiet since yesterday morning. Did Mr.Min say something?"
The brunette questions as he places the cup on the CEO's desk, glancing at him in worry. The underlying concern in the man's glass-cladded doe eyes makes Yoongi's heart warm.
"N-Nothing... Thanks for the coffee."
"You're welcome! So, I spoke to the team leader about the new merger plan and he told me that the file's on your desk."
The younger utters before his gaze lands on the file that the black haired male had been staring for the past hour or so. Assuming it's the one, Hoseok reaches for it.
"Here it is!"
Before he could grab it, the older of the two leans forward and snatches it aggressively. Hoseok seems startled as he stares at the other hesitantly.
"Um.. S-Sorry, it's confidential."
"Oh... O-Okay..."
"You were saying...?"
"Right... So, I need the file for our next merger plans."
"I kept it on your desk."
The brunette smiles warily before leaving the room, making Yoongi sigh in relief. He looks down at the bunch of papers that he rightfully owns now.
Is this what he really wants?
Why does it feel like this has no value in his life anymore?

Hoseok groans as he pauses the show, getting up from the couch while licking off his finger before placing the packet of chips on the coffee table. The knocking intensifies and the brunette can't help but to roll his eyes as he flings the door open with a grumpy look on his face.
