Menchi and Buhara are beginning to explain the rules.
Buhara: This phase will be a cooking test!
Menchi: The two of us are Gourmet Hunters!
Gourmet Hunters are usually those who were originally World-Class chefs. They travel around the world and look for new ingredients to turn into new recipes!
Buhara: The rules are simple. First, you have to prepare a dish for me.
Menchi: And if you satisfy Buhara, then you'll make a dish for me.
Buhara: But remember, the testing period ends once we're both stuffed.
Everyone began to make examinations.
Hanzo: Hmm ... Buhara looks like he could stuff a bunch of buffets down easily. Menchi though, she looks like her appetite isn't that big.
As everyone else started to think, Leorio got annoyed.
Leorio: ARGH!! THIS STINKS!! I've never cooked a single thing before!
Weiss: Uh ... is it bad to mention that I haven't either?
Leorio: Seriously?!
Weiss: What? I'm used to having my family butlers do the cooking. I've never been in a food room.
(Y/N): It's a kitchen.
Gon: Oh that won't be so hard!

Gon: Oh yeah, Mac and Cheese is my speciality!

Soon enough all the examinees get moving.

He whipped out his fishing rod and he slammed it on top of one of it's foreheads.

Ruby: Looks like the hunted have become the hunters again!!
Everyone begins to attack the Great Stamps on the forehead, and carry the beasts over to Buhara, all roasted.
Buhara: OH BOY!! I'm so hungry!!
He eats all of the pigs.
After a while...
A bunch of pig skeletons were in a pile and Buhara patted his stomach.
Buhara: Oh man, I'm stuffed. That was so delicious.
Blake: He literally ate all of them.
Yang: He's no human, he's an eating machine!
Menchi: Ugh, you didn't even judge them for quality.
Buhara: Eh, it's fine. Besides there are 75 applicants left. And they did a good job nonetheless.
Menchi: Sheesh, whatever you say.
She strikes a gong.
Menchi: Alright, you guys have passed this round!
Satotz watched from nearby.
Satotz: Impressive. 75 managed to take out a great stamp. We're dealing with those who have precision, strength, and stamina. Though, Menchi is going to be harder to please. After all, she's one of the best chefs in the world.
Menchi: Okay, you may have satisfied Buhara, but I'm not going to go easy on any of you. My dish is ... sushi!

Everyone races off for the rivers to start fishing!
