The airship arrived, and all of you stepped on board.
Netero sat amongst Beans, Satotz, Buhara, and Menchi and the five of them were discussing the situation.
Netero: I'm impressed that we have 11 rookies out of the 14. They've got much potential.
Buhara: Has that ever happened before?
Netero: Four times since I became chairman.
Menchi: How old is the Chairman anyway?
Beans: Over 100 years.
Satotz: I have been wondering. What should we do for the final phase?
Buhara: I guess something harder than the last one.
Menchi: That could serve as a problem for the rookies.
Netero: Actually, I have it!
He stands up.
Netero: I want to interview each of them.
Menchi: Huh?
Beans: Oh boy. This is going to go crazy.

You spot Gon.
(Y/N): Something on your mind?
Gon: (sigh) When I got Hisoka's badge, I was struck with a blow dart, and I passed out. I almost lost my badge. Hisoka gave me his badge back, and I-
(Y/N): You felt weak because you let your guard down. So what? We all make mistakes. What's important is to improve from them.
Gon: Huh?
(Y/N): It's because of you that Leorio is alive. And it's because of you that we got out of the cave alive. Gon, I'm glad to have a friend like you.
And then you saw him smile.
Gon: Yeah, I guess you're right.
(Y/N): I swear, he's like a little brother to me at this point.
Beans then announced about the interviews.

(Y/N): I want to be a hunter to challenge the unknown! I've been stuck on the island of Patch for most of my life, living by myself ever since I was 13. My parents died out there, and I adapted. But I still had my friends, so I wasn't alone.
Netero: I see. Who would you like to fight? Bodoro interests me. But I also like to challenge Hanzo. Also, I stay far away from Hisoka. That guy creeps me out.
Netero: Hahahahahaha. Your friends were saying the same thing. Though, Hisoka did say something interesting.
(Y/N): What?
Netero: He wanted to fight me.
(Y/N): Who wouldn't? You're the toughest geezer out there.
Netero: I'll take that as a complaint.

Ruby: I want to be a great hunter like my Uncle! And adventure with my best friend and big sister!
Blake: I want to make a difference for my people.

Weiss: I want to prove myself.
Killua: I was bored.
Gon: I want to find my father!
Leorio: To make lots of cash!
Bodoro: I would stay away from the young ones. Hurting a child is something I will never do.
Pokkle: Definitely not Hisoka. I'm staying away from him.
Gittarackur: Killua. I want him.
Netero: Is that so?
Gittarackur: You could see, we're like two peas in a pod.
