Ruby: Still, we got to meet the head, around the second phase.

Beans: We already talked it over. The airship will take you all to the Third Phase's site. In the meantime, relax.

Netero: Well, no. After all you've been through, you've earned some rest.
Weiss: As long as we don't have to cook.

Well, right now you had to contend with Ruby, Weiss, Gon, and Killua. The latter two wanted to check the ship out, and Gon being the excitable kid he is, was enjoying it.

Leorio: And we don't know how many phases are left.
???: Well, it's always different.
Tonpa appeared nearby.
Blake: Oh, you.
Tonpa: Yep! It's your old buddy Tonpa!
Leorio: Who gave us that bad soda.
Tonoa: Oh come on, that's in the past! I'll let you guys know, the phases always change. It's usually 5 or 6.
Yang: Ugh! Let's hope it stays 5 for now. That Menchi girl was a massive critic.
Blake: Agreed.
Tonpa: I think this might be the site of the third phase.
Blake: But Netero said that we could relax. I don't think the chairman would trick us like that.
Yang: Yeah, why would the old geezer do that?
Tonpa: I'm just saying, you better keep on your toes. Heh, I really hope you guys become sleep deprived from it! I don't know how all of you didn't get affected by the Laxatives, but, I will have Justice!

Satotz, Buhara, and Menchi are chatting and eating together.
Buhara: So, how many of them will pass?
Menchi: Can't say for sure.
Satotz: Well, they all impress me.
Menchi: They are pretty skilled these 47. Especially the bald ninja. He was the only one out of them who initially knew how to make sushi.
Satotz: Really? I'm impressed by the young ones. That Killua boy is the most skilled one for his age.
Menchi: Yeah, but he's also rude, obnoxious, and-
Buhara: I think that Hisoka guy is skilled. Creepy, but skilled.
Menchi: I agree. We should keep an eye on him.
Satotz: Duly noted. He seems like the type who only gets pleasure through the exam for challenge, not to go into the unknown.
Speaking of...
Hisoka was building a tower of cards.
He then knocks it down in one swipe, chuckling sinisterly.
Several examinees back away, not wanting to disturb him.

You're still with Ruby, Weiss, Gon, and Killua.
Killua: Man, all those lights make it look like a bunch of jewels.
Gon: I guess so.
(Y/N): So, Killua what do you do?
Killua: Me? I'm a killer.
Ruby: Hahahahaha! Good one!
Weiss: You're joking right?
Killua: I wish I was.
Gon: And your parents?
Killua: Yeah. I come from a family of assassins. They always had high hopes for me.
Weiss: I can understand that. I mean my parents are-
Ruby: You okay Weiss?
Weiss: Of course I am, dunce! I'm not-
She had a memory of being slapped by her father.
Weiss: I'm sure your parents took it well.
Killua: No, I told them I decide my life, and my mom screamed and told me to come back. She tried to stop me, so I slashed her in the face. And then one of my brothers tried to hit me and I stabbed him and escaped.
Ruby: Sheesh, I'm sorry to hear that.
(Y/N): Your family sounds super dysfunctional.
Killua: Yeah. When I become a hunter, I'm collecting their bounties!
???: Why hello young ones!
Everyone: HUH?
Netero was behind you guys.
(Y/N): How did you-
Netero: Hahahaha. A Master never reveals his secrets. Since you seem to be bored, I have a proposition.
Gon: Yeah?
Netero: Let's play a game, if you youngsters can beat me, I'll give you all Hunter Licenses.
Weiss: You can do that?
Netero: I'm the Chairman after all!
Gon: Sounds fun!
(Y/N): I'm up for a challenge! Challenge the unknown right?
Netero: That's right!
Ruby: LET'S GO THEN!
Weiss: I don't know if-
Killua: You're no fun, Ugly.
Weiss: SHUT IT BRAT!!
The two were butting heads.
With the challenge accepted, who knew what could happen.
