(XII) Master of Chi

The spirit realm was in mourning. Not only had the Kai abomination returned, but it had brought yet another monster with it.Both The creatures looked at each other with deep hatred, and both had the same intention: to destroy their opponent.

It was no longer a fight between Kai and Po, between a bull and a panda, but of two atrocities that could well distort reality with great ease. The creatures charged head-on; without technique, without control, without identity. They were just two masses of pure, concentrated anger, colliding with each other.

The shock shook the heavens, and cut off the flow of the rivers of the spirit world. The panorama is dyed red with black veins interspersed. The floating rocks turned a dark gray color, and bloody veins began to appear on the outside.

Within the chilling fight, neither Kai's body nor Po's could be made out. Their masses collided and merged, then parted in a violent discharge of lightning that impacted and shattered floating rocks. Both Po and Kai consumed each other.

Whileboth, in the mortal plane, the faces of those who left behind they showed no emotion other than sadness or confusion. Hecorpse de Li was wrapped in a blanket to hide him from the children, and some pandas knelt around him to pay homage, others circled the circle of peach petals curiously and cautiously.

The night was dark and cold, the few candles and lanterns barely illuminated one part of the village, since the rest was abandoned or destroyed after the fight. But in the desperate silence, an event catches everyone's attention.provoking them and chill in the back.

From the Yin and Yang shaped circle of peach petals, lightning and constant emissions of energy and miasma began to emanate. The circle will dyed red, and the petals begin to wither.

Mr. Ping: - What is happening? Where is Po? -

Tigress: - Po took Kai. He saved us. -

Mr. Ping: - He saved us. But who...? - Mr. Ping was abruptly interrupted by viper.

Viper: - It's Po! It is consuming! We must help him. -

Mr. Ping: - Oh no. my poor Po -

Tigress: - Viper. How do you know what? - Tigress did not finish the sentence when she saw that Viper turned around with her eyes full of tears.

Viper: - I just know. -

Tigress: - How can we help you? -

The three looked sad and concerned to see that none had an answer. But then Mr. Ping remembered something. Mr. Ping ran into the villa carrying a lantern and returned with Oogway's scroll.

Mr. Ping: - Everyone! All! Come! We have to help Po! - He yelled at all the residents of the village, who approached the circle of petals despite how dangerous it was.

Mr. Ping opened therollo in a hurry, and stopped at the painting that showed what the technique described by Oogway to deliver the Chi was like.

Mr. Ping: - We can do it. We must do it! Everybody repeat after me! -

Mr. Ping imitated the movements he saw on the scroll, and immediately everyone present followed him. They first joined the palms of their hands on their chests, then extended one right hand forward while reaching the left towards their heart. And Viper improvised his own form using his tail.

Sr. Ping: - Po. you us you taught us what we are A father. -

Tigress: - A friend. -

Panda boy: - A warrior. -

Adult panda: - A brave. -

Viper: - A love. -

For a couple of seconds nothing happened, but by maintaining his concentration, the palms of his hands and Viper's tail began to glow. It worked! He had finally made it. But in the spiritual realm things were not going well.

The black miasma that covered Po was gradually consumed by the monstrosity that was Kai. Being more powerful and having better mastery of Chi, it was only a matter of time. And Po only had his gloomy appearance and his red eyes. It seemed that Kai was going to devour Po, but at that instant, a goose-wing-shaped golden light appeared shining on his chest. Next, a tiger palm on his shoulder, as well as several panda palms around his entire body. And finally, the mark of a serpent's tail over his heart.

Po's body began to glow uncontrollably even brighter than the Sun. The monstrosity that was Kai recoiled from being so sensitive to light. And finally, Po's body had an explosion of energy that illuminated the entire spiritual plane, turning it a very invigorating golden color.

Po was still somewhat dizzy, having just come out of his frenzy state. And he saw everything around him surprised and impressed, but Kai's presence could not be ignored.

Kai: - You.... Who... are you? - He said with a twisted and chilling voice.

Po: - I've been wondering the same thing all this time. -

Po was calm. He could feel the warmth in his body, as well as the affection of everyone who supported him. Slowly, he began to move his hands and feet as traces of Chi emanated from his body. The Chi was consolidating and drawing a silhouette around Po.

Po: - Am I the son of a panda? Goose son? A student? A teacher? The thing is... I'm all of them. - As he finished speaking, Po's Chi took the form of a majestic golden dragon that loomed just above him. - I am the Dragon Warrior. -

The Kai monstrosity charged head-on at Po, but Po responded with slow, patient movements. Controlling the huge dragon with his own movements, Po began to devour the miasma that surrounded Kai without Kai being able to do anything about it.

Po was too fast, and Kai couldn't keep up with him. The bull tried to use his swords chained, but neither the jade nor the iron could avoid being disintegrated by the excessive Po Chi energy. Finally,all the darkness that surrounded Kai had disappeared, leaving only his misshapen body with the strips of skin floating around him. Po rose into the air and stopped at the forehead of Kai, looking at him with sadness... and pity.

Po: - If you love my Chi so much... - He said in a friendly voice as the golden dragon transformed into a huge Yin and Yang. - Then take it. -

The golden dragon leaped from Kai's forehead and disappeared into the body of the bull. The monstrosity began to writhe and shriek in pain, as the strips of its body began to take their original shape, sealing it's dark and gloomy interior. Kai had regained his form, but his body began to glow, and he knew exactly what was going to happen.

In his last breath, Kai looked at Po with a cheerful and sincere face, and with his normal voice, a voice that Po had never heard, he said: -

Kai: - Gracias. -

Following this, Kai's body began to disappear like grains of sand in a storm, and his Chi became one with the universe in a violent explosion that knocked Po unconscious.
