A/N: This bonus chapter takes place right after the first chapter ('Please stop') and is talking about the first couple years after Y/N left Mattheo's house when they were younger.
Tw:Torture, stabbing, murder and mentions of blood.

Y/N had left my room about ten minutes ago and I already missed her. I always had so much fun with her and I hated it when she had to go home, because that meant that I was alone again. Ofcourse I have my father, but he's in his office or in meetings most of the time. Sometimes I have Draco Malfoy, the son of the Malfoy's (some deatheaters that are work for my father), here, but he's not the same as Y/N. I can't talk to him about everything like I can with Y/N. She really is my best friend, so when she leaves, I just feel alone.

I walked down the stairs to go grab something to drink, when I saw Y/N ran out of the basement and towards the front door. And it looked like she was crying. I quickly ran down the stairs towards her. 'Y/N?! What are you still doing here? I thought you left? And why are you crying?' I asked her. She turned around to face me and wiped her tears away. 'It's nothing. But, I have to go now. And Mattheo... just know that I'm always there for you, even if I'm not there.' What is she talking about? 'Just look at the stars and pretend I'm sitting next to you looking at them with you. Goodbye!' And with that she ran out of the door. I yelled after her to wait, but she was gone before I could ran out after her. I turned around to see my father come out of the basement as well. 'Father, what just happened? Why did Y/N come out of the basement?' 'I don't know, Mattheo. I found her there and she just ran away, before I could say anything.' I felt like he wasn't telling the truth, so I asked him if he knew why she was crying. 'No idea, but you don't have to worry about her anymore.' He said. 'What do you mean? She's my best friend. Ofcourse I have to worry about her when she cries.' 'Oh but, Mattheo. I don't think she'll be coming back.' 'What are you talking about? Ofcourse she's coming back. She promised me she would come back.' What was he talking about? Why wouldn't she come back? She's my best friend, she wouldn't just leave and not tell me she wouldn't come back. 'No son, she's not coming back, because you have to focus on your wizardry and not on some foolish girl.' 'She's not some foolish girl, she is an amazing and sweet girl.' 'No, she's foolish and I want you to forget about her.' 'I'm never going to forget about her!' 'Oh, I beg to differ.' My father lifted his wand and said something I couldn't understand. I felt faint and next thing I knew, everything went black. When I woke up again, I was laying in my bed. I looked on the clock and it was 5 o'clock in the afternoon. I can't imagine that I slept until now, but I don't remember waking up earlier today, so I guess I just wasted a day sleeping.

I walked down the stairs and something felt familiar, but I couldn't figure out what. I've walked down these stairs everyday of my life and I've never felt like this. I tried to follow the feeling and it lead me to the front door. Once I got there, I felt sadness and loneliness in me, but I don't know why. Nothing happened, so why would I feel sad.

A/N: For anyone confused; after Voldy lifted his wand and everything went black for Mattheo, his memories about Y/N got locked away and he woke up not remembering his day, so he thought he just woke up that day, not knowing that he had spend that day with Y/N and forgot about her.

I tried to shake the feeling of sadness and loneliness, but it stuck with me for the rest of the day. I walked into the kitchen to grab something to drink and my father was sitting at the table. 'Good afternoon, Mattheo.' I wasn't paying much attention to what he said, so I just nodded my head and walked over to the refrigerator. 'You need to get up early tomorrow.' My father said. 'Hmm?' I responded while turning towards him. 'You need to get up early tomorrow.' 'Why?' 'Because I'm going to start your lessons tomorrow morning.' 'What lessons?' I had no idea what he was talking about. 'I'm going to teach you the most important spells and curses there are, so you can become almost as good of a wizard as I am.' 'Okay, sounds fun.'
