*Fizzz….* *Sharp breath* *Cough- Cough* I sat up grabbing my chest. *Cough-* My breathing was heavy as I slowly stood up.
I grabbed my chest harder upon standing up. It hurt like hell. I slowly looked around, taking in my surroundings.
"W-where…" My vision was slightly blurry, the blurriness would go away and then come back.
I made out a bunch of tall bookcases, a few tables, chairs, floating amethysts, and the same symbol I saw around the black item.
I took a few steps while still admiring my surroundings. Everything was.. beautiful.
Then suddenly I was grabbed by my shoulder. "A Mortal?! How in the world did you- get… here…"
The being froze as it saw what I was holding. "A.. black amethyst…? But how.." "W-who are.. you..?" My chest hurt so much I could barely speak.
"..Me..? Oh.. That is none of your concern. What should be is how in the world you were able to grab a black amethyst, nevertheless teleport to another dimension."
"Wha… What..?" I was speechless.. I was in another dimension?.. But how.. And why was this being calling me mortal..
"Hm…" It let go of my shoulder and crossed its arms confused. "What should I do with you now? You're technically trespassing. AND, you're a mortal.."
"W-Would you s-stop calling me m-mortal?" I was getting annoyed now. It's pretty rude calling someone a ‘mortal', wouldn't you say?
"Ah.. Well what should I call you? Human? Trespasser? Being? Mor-" "What a-about Kima?" Thankfully, my pain was reducing as we talked.
"Kima… Ey?.. Hm. Fine,.. Kima." That, was much better. “Well, Kima.. How would you like to.. Be kept a secret? If word gets out that a.., mortal ; YOU, has managed to take a black amethyst, AND, teleport here with no explanation whatsoever.., well.. Things will get…. Complicated…”
“Um. That’s f-fine with me. As long as I get t-to see Sam soon.. He’s probably worried sick about me.”
