Bad News

~1st Person POV~

Once again Soap and I woke up at around 8:39 am. I decided to quickly get dressed and give Alejandro a call from my burner phone. He told he they still hadn't gotten any news from Price or Gaz so once again we got another free day. I heard Soap shuffle on the bed as I hung up the phone. Before I could turn around I was picked up by my waist and pulled back onto the bed.
"Johnny! Let me go!" I giggled, feeling Soap starting to tickle my sides. It eventually turned into me trying to get away from Soap's grasp. After we finished messing around I flicked his forehead gently.
"Alejandro said that there wasn't any news from the others so we get another free day!" I said, holding his arm close. He smiled at me and pulled me onto his lap.
"Let's go talk to the Shadow PMC soldiers and then let's try to convince Alejandro to let us go hang out in town." He said. I nodded and let him go get ready before we left our room.

We are now currently talking to Philip Graves, commander of Shadow Company. He told us all about his last missions, a little cocky but he was a cool guy. When we had went to interact with him, he had took my hand and placed a kiss on it. Soap did not seem to like that because he was being an ass towards Graves.
"So what's a pretty little lady like you doing out here on the field?" He asked, stepping a bit close to me. I looked over at Soap, who looked absolutely pissed and then back at Graves.
"Just wanted to help out my country, nothing too special about it." I explained. He smiled at me then placed a hand on my shoulder.
"Well, we appreciate your bravery soldier. I swear I feel like I've seen you before, just don't know where... Wait, Aren't you that Angel girl who helped my shadows during that one mission in Tennessee? Where that one terrorist held 30 people captive in a shipping container?" I nodded and he had a huge smile on his face
"I knew I've seen that mask before. I never got to properly thank you for the help. Know that you're here I thank you!" He exclaimed , patting my shoulder gently.

After Soap and I got out of Grave's sight I gently held his hand and rubbed it.
"Don't let him get to you, ok? I'm yours" I said, wanting him to relax a bit. He sighed and looked at me , placing a kiss on my head.
"You're right Lass." He muttered. As we approached the building Alejandro was in I busted into his office before I fake stormed in.
"Alejandro, Soap and I were wondering if we could go out into town to explore." He looked at me and thought for a bit before speaking.
"You guys can go but please make sure you don't make it obvious that you're in the military". We nodded before heading back to the room and putting on some casual clothing. Soap got into some casual clothes too. After we got ready we were allowed to take Alejandro's car into town.

We got to this one place where we were allowed to change our money into pesos. After the whole money situation was settled, we headed to different mercados and pottery shops. We got churros and carnitas in one of the shops. While we walked around, we noticed more narcomantas in the alleys. We did our best to avoid them. Eventually we came upon this beautiful restaurant that had beautiful stained glass windows. I looked inside in awe. I could never underestimate the beauty of Mexico. I tugged at Soap's arm and pointed at the restaurant.
"We should go in there and have our first real date!." He looked down me and smiled. When we walked in we were seated by a window. Outside was a beautiful flower garden and a large pond. I asked the workers if we were allowed to go out to the garden and they said it was open to the public. After we ate and paid the bill, we walked outside and explored the garden, taking in its beauty.

It was around 5:30 when we returned to base. We had to fill up Al's car before we returned though because we drove around town for a good while. After we parked the car we headed to Alejandro's office to ask him if we got anything from Price. As soon as we walked in, Alejandro was on call with Price. He looked over at me and motioned for me to come over. I looked at the screen and saw Kate, Gaz, and Price.
    "Hey guys! Did you guys get any intel? Also, where the hell are you guys at?" Kate sighed and looked at Price.
"Well, right now we're in Al Mazarah. Turns out there weren't any missiles in Spain, only the guidance systems. We figured out that they those from the Russians. There's only one person who knows where to find the missiles and that's El Sin Nombre.We're gonna need you guys to go get that information from him or else we won't be able to find out where these damn missiles are." I looked over at Alejandro and gave him a nod.
"We got this Kate, we'll update you when we have the information."

After we traveled some distance out of town, we came upon a beautiful house. It had a beautiful pool in the back. We're currently sitting out on a hill not too far from a Lugartenientes de El Sin Nombre.
"My Soldiers tell me all the VIPs in Las Almas will be there tonight. Some are invited, others are, umm..." "Volun-told?" Said graves. Alejandro looked over at him and nodded "Yes".
Graves raised an eye brow and asked "What's the meet about?". Alejandro sighed.
    "Nosotros, Las Almas is burning and they want to know who lit the fire." Ghost stood behind us, looking over at the building before asking
    "Sin Nombre will be there, ya?" Alejandro shrugged and looked over at him. "No guarantee, but this is our best shot." As the guys talked, I paced around. I was fondling with my mask as I listened to them debate on who they wanted to send in. I put my mask on and walked back over to the guys. As soon as I stood next to Ghost, Soap took in a deep breath and looked at Graves.
    "I'll do it." Alejandro looked at Soap and talked in a serious tone "You go in there and they'll kill you Hermano."
  "I'll take my chances. We came here to stop a missile, lets stop it. I'll offer intel for a meet with Sin Nombre. And if he's there, we pounce."
    Alejandro smiled at him "Órale , tienes huevos, carbón. You make it in you'll need eyes and ears. I'll go too." Ghost nodded and said "I'll take overwatch,Shadow circles the target in a helo." Before I could protest , Graves stepped forward and handed Soap his badge.
"They are going to want proof. Show 'em this." He fist bumped Soap and headed towards the helo. I gently grabbed Soap's arm and pulled him to the side so the others wouldn't be able to hear.
   "Please be careful Johnny, I can't lose you too." He looked at me with sad eyes and gently rubbed my back. "Don't worry lass, I'll be fine." As soon as he started to head down, Graves ran back and gently shook my shoulder.
   "After Soap goes in, try to find a way in without being detected. You can never have too many people on the inside." I gave him a nod before following Ghost so we could see when Soap goes in.
