"Draco! We're doomed!" Olivia screamed as they were being taken.

"Relax Olivia, you're fine."

"Don't you tell me to relax. A giant bird just kidnapped us!" Draco began laughing.

"You're hilarious when you're scared."

"I'll kill you Malfoy!"

They landed in a nest and the bird left.

"Now we just wait to be rescued." Draco leaned back against the edge of the nest.

"We have to go. We have to get out of here."

"Olivia chill, we're just breaking the curse."

"This was your plan, wasn't it? Are you crazy? How did you even pull this off?"

"Magic." Draco smirked.

"Fine, if this works I owe you."

"Now would probably be a good time to talk about everything."

Olivia sat down and sighed. "Alright, ask whatever you want."

"What's the curse?"

"It's kind of embarrassing."

"I won't make fun of you."

"Anyone that I agree to go on a date with ends up hurt. If I have strong feelings for that person then it's worse."

"Why did you ever agree to go on dates with people then?"

"I thought that if I could find someone who didn't get hurt then maybe the curse would break."

"Do you like me? Sometimes it seems like you do but then sometimes it doesn't." Draco stared at his hands.

"Yes, I like you." He looked up, a look of hope in his eyes. "But it won't work. We can't- I can't be with anyone."

"Maybe I'm the one who won't get hurt." Draco got closer to her.

"That's not a guarantee. Besides, I already told you that it's worse if I have feelings for whoever I go out with." She was trying not to focus on his warm breath that smelled of peppermint, or the look in his eye, the smell of apple and cinnamon surrounded her.

"I think it's worth the risk."

The two were just inches apart. Draco began to close his eyes and lean closer.

"No!" Olivia jumped back, nearly falling out of the nest. Pain flashed across Draco's eyes.

"I'm sorry, I shouldn't have done that." Draco looked away trying to hide his face.

"No, you don't understand. I didn't tell you everything about the curse."

"I don't care about the curse right now."

"My kiss is deadly."

"What?" Draco turned around and met her eyes.

"If I kiss anyone they'll die."

"So would you have..."

"Yes. If your life wasn't at risk then I would."

"I hate this stupid curse! Do you know how long I've wanted you."

"If this plan of yours works then we'll be able to be together. If that's what you want."

"Of course it is."

"Draco!"

"Olivia!" Two voices called out.

"We're up here!" Olivia called back.

"Don't worry sweetie, I'm going to save you."

They're parents climbed up and helped the kids out of the nest.

"Do you guys still hate each other?" Draco asked.

"No, but we're not friends." They said together. They looked at each other and smiled. "Maybe one day."

"You guys are definitely meant to be friends." Olivia said.

"So how do we break this curse?" Her dad asked.

"I think we might have broken it."

"Alright let's test it. My touch only hurts so any volunteers?" Her dad said, holding out his hand.

Draco's dad high fives him and flinches.

"Ouch. Not broken."

Olivia dropped to the ground and groaned. "I give up! It's not possible."

Her dad went to comfort her but Draco beat him, "Don't say that. Remember why you want to break the curse. As long as we all work together we can do it. You're not alone."

"I don't know, what's the point?"

Draco leaned close to her ear and whispered, "The point is that I can't live without you. So it's either break this curse or I die trying."

"You're not going to die."

"Then we're gonna break the curse. Now come on, let's go home."

"Ok." They all decided to eat lunch together at the Blake's house.
